Nice atmosphere and excellent service combine to make this branch of Cote worth a revisit. The staff are doing well here so you're in for a good evening. It can be noisy in parts of the restaurant but overall it is a pleasant space in a good location.

I'm sure the food would be delicious if it wasn't so salty. I sent back the mushroom cassoulet and replaced it with a risotto but this was also salty. Vegetarian food doesn't necessitate adding a whole daily intake of salt on one dish. Also had to wait 40 minutes for our food, yes it was busy, though not full, but surely a restaurant should be able to cope with this.

The manager was amazing!! And hats off to the staff. A well oiled team. Thank you for accommodating and servicing us.I didn’t manage to take any photos of the delicious brunch we ate but hands down great service that needed recognition.

Very good food , but a little dear in my opinion , staff very attentive. Not for beer drinkers. The duck was very good but you have to pay extra for veg. Do not sit in front of doors as they are locked open ( covid 19 , Omi variant ) December 21.

A very solid offering. Well located in the High St, Cote has Al fresco tables as well as internal space. The fillet steak was 100%, good quality and cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Service friendly. Food was a bit inconsistent but that's okay because I had the steak fries and that pastime is always a bit hit and miss. The decor was like my friend Pauline's house. Very clean and tidy. The seats were comfortable. The lights flickered a bit, but that was my magnetic personality.

They serve awesome breakfasts. Value deal with great coffee and juice. They have consistently good food and service, just be aware they can get really full during peak hours and weekends when they will need bookings.June 2021 update: They ‘removed’ their breakfast sets, opting for a more lux set with champagne. :( nevertheless it’s still good food albeit not so £ friendly.

Visited on Sunday evening and it wasn’t busy. The service was great and very friendly. There were three if us and we all had a dessert and a coffee each. My friends enjoyed the desserts. I was having Crème Caramel and it would have been lovely but it had garlicky aftertaste on the external sides of it - hence only 4*. Maybe it was kept in the fridge next to something with garlic or maybe they were cooking a lot of garlic nearby but you don’t normally expect your dessert to taste/smell like garlic.
