Domino's Pizza in Elmbridge

So they’ve clearly run out of roast chicken at Dominos Weybridge, as instead on my pizza I get shredded up chicken strips, promote whatever genius came up with this, it tastes 10x better.

£16.00 meal deal wouldn't even satisfy a 3 year old what an absolute rip off joke of a pizza shop don't waste your money

i ordered the same meal from weybridge a month or so ago. and the quality the first time was amazing. so what happened tonight? i did call the restaurant and have offered a refund but its really not the point. i hope this is a one off i will order again from them but if happens again then never again. topps pizza or joker takeaway in walton are by far better that what i had tonight.

Walk in or order ahead. Definitely try the Texas BBQ. Chicken Kickers or chocolate pizza (i did not enjoy it) are other options. Quiet shop and easy access. Value for money for not seem great.

Shambles, missing items, told by the driver to call the branch, no answer after multiple attempts. Basically stolen payment for undelivered goods.

It said the delivery would take 20-30 minutes, after 45 minutes I got the wrong order meant for another customer, so the driver took it back. I called to ask about my order and they said they would put through a new order which they said would come in another 30 minutes. When I asked about a refund (since we are by now starving and I have never received a wrong order before when I have ordered from other places!), the staff member said that they are “throwing money away giving you a free pizza so no of course not”. Never ordering from Dominoes again.

I ordered online to collect from the Weybridge branch my husband went to pick up order they said they didn't get the order I looked at my email and the order was sent to Addlestone branch but I can't drive so how was supposed to get the order I phoned Addlestone branch asked them to deliver it to me they said no we do not deliver in Weybridge only the next town on so I'm now £25 out of pocket no pizzas and hungry not good

Staff were pleasant but the wait was too long. The door was not clean neither was the counter. The hand sanitzer bottle lid looked like it needed a good clean. I was not impressed with the potatoes wedges, they were not crispy neither were the chicken bites and strips. I think it was not value for money nor worth the wait.

Never personally had an issue with the delivery times from this place, I’ve had a couple of orders done incorrectly in the past but Was always quickly resolved over the phone.. now change of staff makes all the difference.Ordered on a Thursday night for 6pm, not particularly busy. Pizzas arrived on time, delivery driver was nice. Both pizzas were wrong, rang repeatedly to have them changed, 4 times, just to have to walk down there to resolve the issue. They told us the phone was working and couldn’t tell us why they decided not to answer, chatting away between themselves. Food was fine but staff are lazy.
