El Mexicana in Elmbridge

Good service & yummy churros this place is a great find and I’ll definitely be back for a frozen margarita! The staff were super friendly & fast even though it was the end of their shift.

Got an awful food poisoning from their food, avoid this place!!! Had a vegetarian burrito, it tasted OK but next day I was sick all day and had a fever. Doesn't even deserve the one start.

Ordered large box of mex tex mild bbq wings(only flavour they had) got 4 wings for £4.60 was slightly burnt and had basically no flavour, chicken was edible

Service was a little slow however the quality of the food was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our burritos and was more than enough food for us! Will definitely come again - thank you!

I must to say that after read the reviews i not thought about go to this place. But after talk with one neighbor about restaurants, he recommended to me this one. I said to him about the reviews are not so good and he told me that those reviews were with the previous direction. Now they change the direction and the system. Ok... let's give one opportunity I said to myself. And I don't know how that was before, but now i was happy with the staff and with the service that I received. All tidy, clean and in appearance organised. I recommend give one opportunity to the new direction. One restaurant is not the place, is the direction. Well done guys 👍

The food is awesome, I really liked the burritos and the churros. Also the customer service is really good, they treat you with care and are really nice. I really enjoyed my time there.

Normally I guide myself for the reviews of one place before go to there, but in this case and after read the last reviews, I decided finally try. That people surprised me. I known as well about the direction changes but it was late because I known after go there😂😂😂. Everyone deserves a second chance, that in this case is the first because is true that the place is the same, but the people is new 🤷. I recommend to the people try for themselves and not just for the reviews as me before. In one future after this experience I will do it as well.

Went on 14 June at 6.30 pm, staff is friendly but food was terrible!!Rice look old, meat was extra dry and it tasted like nothing! I don't think they didn't even use salt.I ordered a large burrito for £7,30 and it was the tiniest burrito I ever seen! not worth going there.I don't know if it was related to the time I went but they should keep their food fresh at any time anyway.
