Literally the only reason I like going to work is because of these guys! Can’t beat popping in halfway through my shift to grab one of their amazing coffees!Love their coffee, their milkshakes are gorgeous & so are their food.Great place, great atmosphere & epic staff! I hope management appreciates the amount of hard work their staff puts into this establishment on a daily basis, especially Georgia. I’ve never seen the girl standing still, she’s always busy, always serving everyone with a smile on her face. She is an absolute asset to the company!#GiveGeorgiaARaise

Genuinely obsessed with this place. I come here 2-3 times a week to work and I still stand by the fact that it's the best coffee in the area. The guys who run the place made an effort to learn our names to make us feel welcome which was such a great touch. Connor and Louis - we are your number 1 fans!

Great place to buy coffee! I use to visit costa up the road, but after being recommended Esquires by a lady in the shop next door, this has become my go to for my daily caffeine fix!Lovely shop with great staff!

The flat white is decent, but I’ve been here several times and tried ordering food and sadly I’ve been disappointed every time. Overpriced.

Terrible breakfast. We tried to order and was then told what we had chosen was not available, no explanation. Chose different breakfast. Mine was ok but the bacon was cold. My sisters breakfast of ham and poached eggs on a muffin was awful. The muffin was not toasted or buttered was a bit stale and dry, piece of ham and hard poached eggs - obviously poached eggs should be soft. We complained but just told they would feed it back to the manager - won't be returning. Staff did not come across as competent or friendly even whilst taking the order and delivering to the table.

Great coffee and menu, delighting environment set by the staff in the shop! Unique experience that’s truly priceless. Amazing. I recommend.

Great coffee and cozy space! Friendly and polite staff members. Little on the expensive side though.

I would like to share my experience from last week at Esquires, Esher - it was absolutely atrocious.I ordered a flat white and a smashed avocado on toast, when ordering I asked if it would be served within 10 mins, to which the girl serving, replied "I don't know" - I probably should have just walked out after this... It seemed she didn't even know what an avocado was, let alone smashed avocado on toast..I waited 10mins, to be served a cold flat white. There was already a queue building, so evidently something was not right, but I had already paid and was patiently sipping my cold coffee.. I went to ask how long the breakfast would take, to which a young man at a coffee machine, replied "a few minutes" Then I heard him giving instructions to the girl about squeezing the green stuff out of the packet and putting bread in the toaster - I should have left. 25mins later, I am served an absolute sham of avocado on toast for which I paid ÂŁ6.50 and quite frankly, my 6 year old daughter could have made more flavoursome smashed avocado. The bread was cheap (like cardboard) and the avocado was not in the slightest bit flavoured, and certainly not fresh ...and it was dressed with a whole packet (I kid you not on the amount) of rocket.Esquires - it's shocking that you have the audacity to charge for such poor quality food and service. The staff require proper training and if there is a problem or delay, relay it to the people waiting... It all needs to be reviewed, immediately. We shall not be dining there in the near future. When I compare it to what I had today from Parade + Albany - highly recommend this place - it's sad to see how you are able to get away with such poor quality (exactly the same items and only ÂŁ1.50 more - the toast was on beautiful thick cut sour dough and the avocado was fresh, bright green, seasoned with lime and other beautiful things, making my breakfast this morning so much more enjoyable!)

Good coffee. Wide range of dessert. Smoothies were very good. Staff were helpful. We asked them to print a receipt from the day before and they did it for us. Cookies could be a bit softer.

Dirty cups and cutlery. Old and microwaved food. Slow service. Go to Giro.
