Poor coffee and food compared to the price. Tourist trap as so close to Hampton court palace. Two stars as staff were friendly nothing more.

One of our favs place to brunch at after a long walk in Bushy Park, love the views of Hampton court palace when you sit outside. The garden at the back is beautiful and great for a quiet coffee ☕ Good salads and yummy cakes !

Decent cafe but slow service and the garden/conservatory a bit dilapidated

Popped in for a coffee and cake to re-fill after charity run. Despite good reviews I found the service quite abrupt. No warm welcoming smile here. When we asked for water to accompany our coffees the waitress slammed these on our table as if we were being a nuisance. As for the coffee my large Capatrino looked more like a straight Americana and certainly less than large. Perhaps the employees should be reminded that there is a lot of hospitality competition in the Hampton Court surrounds.

Terrible customer service last Wednesday (19th Jan) The best we got from the Eastern European waitress with dark hair who served us was a grunt. She delivered our coffees to us outside and I kindly asked if we could have some sugar…..she didn’t say a word just got a nod, almost as if we were putting her out! Needless to say we drank up quickly and moved on. There are so many other beautiful cafes nearby with much better service. We won’t be going there again or recommending to others.

I went there for coffee with my walking group. The decor is lovely though we sat outside in the garden which could be lovely with a bit of work on it. The coffee was good but the staff seemed a bit gloomy and unfriendly.

I like theirs cake 🍰 we tried something else today. We had a freshly baked baguette 🥖sandwich!! Brie and cranberry 🍒 I thought 💭 it’s not special. But after one biting, full savory flavor cheese and sweet cranberry it’s really nice combination. I will try other sandwich next time 🥪 Most sandwich £6
