Always busy. Standard Greggs fare. Expect a 10 minute wait everytime

I'm editing this review after second visit...Customer service incredibly poor . No please, no thank you. Surly staff .I asked for a receipt. She tutted and pulled a face. Why the attitude? Staff either need trained or fired . Either would be good.A please and thank you wouldn't go amiss. If you don't like your job, go get another. Preferably not in customer service .

No sausage rolls had to wait 35 minutes for roll some of the trays were empty. Not good at all.

Didn't give me my points, when I asked him about not getting any points, he said nothing he can do. Then started serving the next customer.Won't be stopping here again.

Overall Rating:⭐️⭐️Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall the price of the food/drinks at any Greggs is fantastic. Cheap and accessible for all incomes!Speed of Service: ⭐️On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my food was extremely slow. Only one person present on the front line. We had a couple infront of us and the staff member took a long time to serve them. Upon severing us it took 3-4 attempts for the staff members to get our order correct. (I ordered 2 white chocolate cookies and my brother a sausage roll).Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️Overall quality of the food I ordered was pretty poor compared to other Greggs I have visited. The cookies had been overcooked and were very crunchy. The sausage roll slightly over cooked too. Making the quality unsatisfactory compared to others.Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️As seen in the photos. The main cabinets had many dirty trays left in them. With parts of the peperoni pizza touching the cheese pizza. Cross contamination meaning those who desired a veggie dish may not be able to eat them.AOB- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had no major issues with my visit. The Christmas POP was out and looked very inviting. The colour scheme of this was also very good and fitted a sitter Christmas theme but not too in your face.

Ordered a bacon roll and hot drink. Very good value for money but counter staff not wearing a mask or gloves and at no point washed his hands during service. Before serving me walked out to the public counter select a bottle of drink that the customer could of touch walked back to the serving counter and prepared my roll without cleaning his hands. Food dumped never returning unless hygiene has improved

Poor customer service from Becky at this branch. However, The head office dealt with my complaint immediately. Our family have always enjoyed a treat from Gregg’s shops over the years but sadly at times some of the workers who serve you are rude and lacking in customer care. Very sad indeed 😔

Overall this is a very busy Gregg's site in what is a very busy services. Due to Covid restrictions in place the site seems to have queue almost constantly. Staff have always been welcoming and helpful but I do have to agree with some previous comments that pie's and Sausage rolls always appear to be cool rather than hot which is a disappointment. Standard Gregg's otherwise with plenty of choice on Fresh sandwiches, drinks as well as baked items and pastries. Access friendly.

Got a vegan sausage roll, expecting it to be at least warm if not hot and ut turned out to be really cold. Did not enjoy it all. Even the coffee wasn't hot. Waste of my money!!!

The guy that serviced me had great customer service- super friendly and went the extra mile. Considering how busy it is today, I thought that was quite impressive.
