Harris + Hoole in Elmbridge

I always have loved the coffee at Harris and Hooke, but the food and service are a let down. Cakes look and taste like they have been n display for days and tend to be soggy or dried out. Service is hit and miss but it normally takes very long and they seem to have a total lack of interest. There have been a few exceptions, but 9 out of 10 times it is that way.

The customer service truly needs help here. The ladies both had a huge attitude problem. When I ordered and paid the guy who took the payment did not even say thank you, or it will be out or anything. Took the payment and walked away. Piccolo coffee v nice but husband found the range of soft drinks overpriced and limited. Cleanliness not great-table we were at was covered in crumbs.

Great coffee, good seating options, good service. Could be kept neater, and a bit more demarcated from the Tesco's

Absolutely great and friendly staff coffee is amazing very fresh and very hot I have at least one or two cups every day. Rated very highly. Ben is great who works there very friendly and very professional.. many thanks guys

We much prefer to visit H&H inside tesco, instead of the tesco cafe, as you are getting better quality food. The prices are very reasonable and the seating is comfortable. The staff are always friendly.

I have been here before and had a great experience, this time though....The cheese and tomato 🥐 was a bit burnt. The cappuccino was a bit watery. Everyone else in my group was very satisfied.I gave a bonus point for playing George Michael on the muzakplayer. Oh, and the furniture here is looking a bit tired but I don't mind that.

Probably the best coffee in the area. Certainly superior to the usual chains. Be warned that they close a lot earlier than the supermarkets here.

quality of coffee making is really low. Today we had literally 2 mugs of milk instead of flat whites. I decided that I never go there again.interestingly enough, there is a H+H shop in Addlestone which is absolutely perfect compared to this one.shame as it used to be a good place some time ago.
