Always my no 1 chinese takeaway place. Food sometimes lack flavour but it only happened on few occasions. In general satisfied

Fraudsters, avoid.Ordered through deliveroo. They were over 2 hours late (allegedly) delivering food [Hint: It never arrived] kept telling me "20 more minutes" every time I called to find out where my order was. Raised incident through deliveroo, they told deliveroo it had been refused at the door [It was never attempted as doorbell camera will proove] They refused to refund me.Avoid!

An absolute disgrace to Chinese food! After 20 years of ordering Chinese takeaway, I have to say this is the first time I haven't finished one! I have been past this place a few times and thought it looked grubby, but thought it could be a hidden gem. Everything apart from the fortune cookies were enjoyable. The meat was awful, had to pour soy sauce on it for any flavour, squid and prawns were soggy and tasteless. The banana fritter was also soggy and tasted rancid. A meagre amount of syrup on top too! Just hoping the sharp pains in my stomach are not a result of food poisoning... We shall see. Please avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible and a disgrace.Firstly arrived 1 hour 30 late.Chicken Satay: could tell it was just Lidl Crunchy peanut butter melted and then blasted in a microwave.Chicken balls: far to big and slightly raw. Frozen chicken and again could tell it was blasted in the microwave.Duck: burnt and full of fatty grizzleAs soon as you dare to eat it, you feel instantly sick

Ordered from here to find a fly in the bag with the duck. Spoken to restaurant and explained I don't want to eat any of the order and requested a refund. The manager states he can only refund the duck yet sent a driver to collect the entire unwanted order. I have plenty of photos and will be taking further with health safety and hygiene.

Ordered from Deliveroo, had previously been great but didn't notice the reviews had shifted.Food didn't show up, called them...no answer, called 20 times no answer.Cooked my own dinner and 3 hours later they turned up with a cold bag of "food".Avoid at all costs.

Ordered on Uber eats as it quoted a short delivery time to East Molesey. After calling the restaurant because the order was late they just said the driver was 'on the way' and it then took half an hour for it to actually arrive after the call making it at least 45 minutes late overalThe food itself was pretty standard and was amazingly still warm after taking so long. Would possibly order from there again if I had to but would definitely collect it myself.

Ordered on New Years Eve. Not only was this 3 hours late but revolting.I ended up with bacterial food poisoning and after 5 days of being violently ill was hospitalised for IV antibiotics and fluids. Thank goodness it looked so horrible and I only ate a tiny amount. Thankfully my children did not eat any. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Worst chinese food!! Noodless were dry, made with 3 types of meat, looked like rests of food has been warmed up. No taste, disgusting texture. If that chef is a chinese guy, shame to him. I do not recomand to anyone who crave for some chinese food like i did. Disgusting!
