L'Affamato in Elmbridge

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The food was exceptional, from starters to pudding, and the service was exemplary. Warm and friendly with a relaxing vibe. Please go and eat here.

Great food, service was excellent. Tables nicely spaced so it doesn't feel like you have other people at your table. Nice lighting as well.

Some dishes need side plate

Incredible independent Italian. Visited a couple of times this month and the food is fantastic. Amazing place newly done up. The menu has so much choice from pizzas, pastas, meats and salad dishes - they offer delivery too. Good price and the garlic bread was delicious. I'll certainly be back! Thank you

Our first time experience in this italian restaurant has been great, super friendly staff, quality food and beautiful red wine.

This is a great little local restaurant. We had one of our best meals for a long time there tonight.Thoroughly recommended.

We booked a table for 8pm on Friday night. Unfortunately when we got there we had to show ourselves to a table and then had to sit and wait at least 10 mins before being told that the staff were all training so service was slow, we asked for some drinks at that point and sat for another 15 mins watching a lady behind the bar slowly polish glasses and hold them up to the lights, then repeat the process. Eventually the lady came over to explain the new staff can't serve drinks and she had 2 tables of drinks to serve before us. At this point we decided to just leave as it was already gone 8:30pm. We understood that staff need to train but felt that they should of refused our booking, or maybe not let the restaurant become so busy on a day they knew they didn't have staff. As understanding as we can be, this did ruin our evening so unfortunately we have to be honest in our review. Hopefully their staff will be trained up soon as its a shame to have to leave a bad review for a local restaurant.

Beautiful local Italian restaurant to me. Very well run, extremely friendly staff. Great value for the quality and flavours of the food. I Will definitely be back soon!

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The service is excellent and the food is to die for. Great sized portions and very tasty. 10/10, would recommend, can't wait to go back.
