Mcdonald's Restaurants in Elmbridge

WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER HADOrdered off UberEats. We live a 5 min drive away. The food arrived overcooked, stale and cold. There was a hair in the fries. The side salad had 1 cucumber and tomato and gunk in it. And to top it all of 2 of the drinks were missing.

Terrible service from the Walton on Thames Store Manager Nicholas. He failed to me acknowledgement me as I waited over 5 minutes, had to ask if I was standing in the correct place to order. Shocking customer service from the Store Manager who is leading a team!

A very clean setting, with great staff. If anything isn’t right with the order, they will always sort it out! I sadly can’t name all of the staff, but Sharron is fab and always so happy and friendly - nothing is too much hassle. :-)

Took our 3 young children out for a Sunday meal at the Walton branch. Food was great, however a bunch of anti social yobs came in and turned the our blue with their foul language, and vape smoking! They were asked to leave, but didn't budge until they were asked over 10 times and were threatened with getting the police involved. Staff were great in getting them out, however i won't be visiting that branch again.

I asked for a double patties and the cashier directly said ,NO we don't do it. And when I asked the elderly female manager for a ketchup ,she just gave me one and when I asked for extra she reluctantly gave me another one. Utterly disgusting. Zero customer services. Clearly the elderly female manager doesn't have a customer service,how can I accept any politeness from her fellow teammates. They are higher recommend to train properly.

Ordered delivery. In the 1st place got someone else's food, then called the store explaining the issue, they offered to remake the whole order for the driver to come back, 1 hour later this is how my food gets to me, a completely destroyed patty, everything cold, they didn't remake the food just like they assured me. Terrible service

Standard Maccy D's the queue seems optimised for deliveroo drivers. Expect a wait it's usually busy and made worse by this side hustle.

Very clean and friendly staff. Good COVID-19 protocol in place. I felt safe. However the food could be better presented. A lot of visible oil on the breakfast sandwich.

So these were the large fries we got, very good at charging extra but not filling these up and I'm sure we could get more if we had ordered the normal meal.Surely the staff that filled these can see/ knows that that is not a large portion.... surely....also not first time it happens.....

If I could give zero stars I would!I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. Absolutely disgusting! The entire order was wrong and the food was vile. The entire thing got thrown away.
