Mr Turtle. Chinese takeaway in Elmbridge

Food here used to be lovely but the last 2 take aways we have had have been terrible. Like they are just heating up left over food. Such a shame was delicious.

poor portions bad portions on chicken balls& butterfly chicken every where are 11-12 for £5. you only 8 for £6.30 and butterfly chicken £5.90 for just over 1/2 tub very expensive so u need to start giving 10-11 for that money or drop the price simple ur supposed to be competitive not way behind sort it ty.

Rude receptionist anddirty place aswell as minimum charge 16 pounds on card . Also food not that great small portion for the price. Ripoff place!!!!!

two hour delivery which is unexceptable and when the food arrived it was wrong. Stir fried brocolli was like dishwater and the boiled rice was covered in meat and vegatables. Rubbish go somewhere else we are. I rang to complain not even sorry {poor}

Ordered 8 items & only received 6 & one of the items was the wrong dish. Outrageous for the Price of £60. + refuse to refund/send out the rest of the meal.

Been having takeaways from here since they opened. I love their food and the prices are fine. A great family business I like to give my money to.

If you haven’t tried the food from this restaurant, you’re missing out! One of the best Chinese takeaway restaurants ever! The Kung pao chicken is to die for 😍 reasonably priced and has such wonderful taste!

Placed a large delivery order with Mr Turtle on the weekend for daughters birthday. Food was delivered spot on time, hot and fresh and utterly delicious, as ever. Highly recommend, I’m not going anywhere else ever!

Great tasting food, quick service and decent prices. Minimum charge for card payment is high (£16), especially as everyone pays by card these days, otherwise no complaints.

Great place for a Chinese Takeaway, great value and very fast!
