Nando's - Walton on Thames in Elmbridge

Went there today and had the plant based burgers, the food was Average not the best, but I will say the service was excellent. Our waiter was David and he was great 10/10 if we return it will be because of him!

Food was served fast and with care. Very well presented, chips crispy and soft inside. Chicken tender and well seasoned. Staff pleasant. Loved this restaurant. Went there today, I got myself some takeaway but as I waited, I noticed that the glass barrier was filthy and actually moved away from it. Have a look at the pictures. As a result I'm reducing the stars by two.

Think this is the best nandos I've been to me and my husband loved the food which come to the table steaming hot just how I like it the atmosphere was great felt very cosy the staff were very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend and will be going back soon even though its not local to us 😊

This branch usually never disappoints, however, today we received some of the worst service we have ever experienced in a restaurant. No one on the door as we walked in so we had to seat ourselves, luckily we order online so we didn’t need the menus. We ordered and expected to at least receive our water promptly but 20 minutes go by and we don’t even get our drinks… young guy must be about 18 storming around on his phone not even taking notice of us, walking past debris on the floor and not even picking it up. Finally half an hour goes by and we get our food. Still no drink. Same grumpy young man delivers it and I ask for the drinks and the perinase which they have forgotten. We also get no cutlery or napkins and when I ask for some he just lazily points to the top of the shop and says to get it ourselves. What the heck kind of service is that? The kitchen was playing its own music as well so we had to endure that for the entire duration if the visit because it was so loud. Absolutely appalling service, food wasn’t even hot when it finally got to us. Definitely will NOT be coming back!

3 star because of its location and I love Nandos food but the staff here don't seem to know what they're doing. No one served me at the counter for a while, and when my food was ready, several staff wandered past the counter doing other jobs like refilling takeaway sauces and letting the food sit there.

Small but friendly nandos we all know. Food was quick and fresh and tasty. Need to book a table on the QR code as gets very busy. Ordered on app which is smooth. Enjoyed this place will be back for more no doubt.

Years since we've been; lovely food, if a touch pricey. For me, the 'black,' piri piri, for her the 'green', mildest, herby sauce. Good bottomless drinks. Pity about the ordering system. Good sides too😜💙😜💙😜💙

Food arrived cold - no apology! The waiter also Served my mash with his hand holding the top of it which was very unhygienic- would not go again! Made me feel sick! I went on the 30.1.22 and there are just kids serving who have no idea - no proper management around. Rubbish!

Advised by staff to order via the App, No!! As there were two couples ordering separately the food came at different times. Cheap but cheerful food, services was non-existant not sure that I would recommend this site for a cheeky Nandos.

Usual Nando’s in terms of great food, especially got the money. I’ve eaten at this branch a few times over the years and it’s always been good, especially the service. There is a particular older guy who is particularly good at his job, if you’ve been you’ll know who I mean!The only reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is the wait to get in!
