Nando's in Elmbridge

Sit down, order and pay on the app. And that’s about as good as it gets!!Food takes an absolute age!!Then they bring the food out, the coleslaw is just grated veg as they have run out of sauce. And the chicken is as dry as Gandhis flip flop!When it’s time for the kids dessert we are then told they have no ice cream.Worst Nando’s ever. Should have gone to KFC!

Used the Cobham services on the M25 for the first time. There's quite a range of food places to choose from.We had Nandos. The staff were really friendly. The food arrived really quickly, hot and decent portions. Couldn't fault it.

Very pleasant meal at Nando's Cobham Services. Relaxing environment gave a much needed break from the trials of the M25. The vegan 'great imitator' pitta and the haloumi and mushroom pitta both very tasty. The pittas themselves were soft and good. Chips yummy. Staff friendly. Downside? Couldn't pick up Internet so couldn't use the ordering system and had to order at the cash desk - which wasn't a problem. Would we go again? Yes.

Slow and frustrating using online ordering as recommended, chicken breast in two Pitta meals was dry and overcooked. Staff forgot to bring drinks and had to request them when part way through meal. Bottomless yoghurt machine was not working as explained by staff then saw others using it. Ordered again for yogurt at bar and staff repeated and said it was not working. Asked someone else who said it needed filling up. Eventually after much hassle and two and throwing we got the yoghurt. Won't be coming back here again

Just like other nandoos; can't really complain. Service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean and sauces were well stocked. Food was perfect

Surprised to see a Nandos here if I'm honest, but it was a pleasant surprise. Fast, and decent service - and not at all busy even though prime time. Everything you'd expect from the chain.

This Nando’s was as average as any other Nando’s. Ordered via the app- food came after about 20 minutes. Everything was stocked well. I think the wraps have gotten smaller as they seemed tiny. Nothing special about this experience but nothing bad either!

On arrival App hadnt logged online order. reordered. waited 30 mins. Got order. Drove home 8.4 miles . Wrong order given items missing. Called store the said i could come back and get rest of it. You can guess my reaction. Food was reasonably OK

What else needs to be said about this place.It has a lot of the favourite fast food places.It has a very large car and lorry park.It has 2 washing machines and a dryer.But yet its only ok in here thay need to get moterhome services in and needs to be free to stop it going in bushes up and down to UK.Aslo lorry park needs to be free for 24hrs minimum those guys need a rest 😴

Very good, was so good I took the rest of my chocolate cake by putting it in my pocket. I very reccomend this Nandos after Thorpe Park as you can sit down an eat. Food service was very quick, quicker than McDonald's which is what we were going to get first. Got my finger stuck in a fence.
