Pizza Express in Elmbridge

I always like pizza express. They had some WiFi issues so we couldn't pay by card and had to get cash. However, they communicated this really well and the service was lovely.

It was my daughter's 10th birthday and she wanted to sit on a table with her 2 friends. The lady waiting on them and my table with my son was amazing. She was patient, so helpful and even managed to bring out a cake with a candle on. I didn't get her name but she was blond haired and I think from Poland. Incredible service, thank you for helping to make my daughter's birthday that extra bit special.

Wasn't really impressed with one of the members of staff whi served up she was quite abrupt when we asked about something pizza wasn't that good either not sure if we want to return for another visit

Although the service was very good the starter was very disappointing. I had the garlic king prawns and I expected the prawns to have been fried in some oil and garlic however they had no colour and very little taste and the 'sauce' was watery and inept. The lasagne was quite tasty but felt it was ting cuisine. Stick to the pizzas is my suggestion

My family and I had a wonderful experience here on Saturday. We were greeted by server Jess Omran who was delightful. She was so good at catering to our needs! We have a child with allergies and she dealt with it so well.

Friendly service and reliable consistent food. 6yr old son loves it and the girl who served us was great. 👍🏽👍🏽

Lovely staff, lovely branch! Prompt with taking orders, so quick with the delivery of the pizzas and dough balls which were so fresh. Great food on a Sunday afternoon.

Great restaurant, lovely friendly staff and clean bathrooms. No baby change from what I could see but toilet had plenty of space.Went for a childrens party and it was a lot of fun and the staff really did "listen" to the kids at the party (e.g. distracting when they started to get noisy).Would definitely recommend.

My Pasta was quite cold and my husband who had penne found the pasta hard and his had hardly any meat or sauce in. We told the waitress who swapped them and they were much better. Garlic bread vastly overpriced for one tiny circle worth only £2 , so do not buy! Think it was £6.Drinks fine and the desserts all lovely. I had Tiramisu, nice large portion.At the end when we paid. the waitress took off some money from the bill without us asking so that was good.

As usual, good food, good value, nice vegan choices. Good clean toilets (not always the case @PE!Always comfortable going there because you know the staff will be friendly and helpful and the food will be good.Enjoy, Christiaan 👍👌👋🌞
