Red Bar and Restaurant in Elmbridge

Absolutely shocking place, never leave reviews but felt I had to as this place is so bad. £10 entry , awful awful music with an extremely arrogant dj that won’t take requests or change the music if you ask to . Drinks very average and overpriced, lights come up at 12:45 and was practically forced out even though we still had nearly full drinks - security guard referred us to some stuck up Scottish woman who I would assume is management, but had the managerial decorum of a 5 year old. No apology for any of the poor service or our displeasure at our night being cut a lot shorter than their website advertises (1:15) , with the persistent explanation they shut at 1 (why are we being forceably removed at 12:45 then ?) . Instead she and the rude dj just laughed and tried to belittle us with horrible comments. Oh and also to top it all off - the gas went on their drink tap but they knowingly still preceded to serve people with it after we’d taken our drinks back , until enough people complained that they had to start bringing 2L fizzy drinks bottles out (fully hoping people wouldn’t notice and they’d get away with it? money grabbing?) . VERY poorly run, my night with friends who had come from far away RUINED. Don’t go if your life depends on it !

An attractive venue with a stylish warm vibe hence the name Red. Good location on Weybridge high street. Hosts some popular music genre during the year. Ideal place to eat out and mingle with friends.

Paid for a soul night and only heard 1 song that was soul! Don’t waste your money! They just play “house”

Don't dare wear the inappropriate footwear you'll get on the wrong side of the welcome staff... Terrible shame really missed a good friend's 40th.. Tsk tsk so unnecessary after so many months of no business a bit short sighted perhaps

Great place for Breakfast or Lunch. I had the fish finger sandwich absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and fresh produce used. Would highly recommend and I will be visiting again.👍

I've always loved Red - a lot of good memories with friends and entertaining evenings.It's even better now they've introduced a breakfast and lunch menu. Dog friendly, fresh ingredients, and as always, friendly staff. A great place to decompress.

A warm welcome, great food at reasonable prices. Wonderful breakfast. Shame I don't live in the area otherwise I'd be a regular.

One power tripped bouncer, the female bouncer was actually quite nice!! But over powered by an obnoxious guy who refused us entry to a nearly empty bar just because we didn't have a booking!!

Amazing decor and awesome cocktails ...love this place for that special touch for a night out ❤️❤️
