Sam's Kebabs in Elmbridge

Food is generally good, tonight not so much, overcooked. Main issue is that items have been missing in last few orders and whilst they have made good at other times they have refused to send the missing items or issue a refund. They did offer me the replacement food if I came to collect but without a car it's a 1 hour round trip on foot which isn't much use and why I used a delivery service to start with. Down a few quid so out of principle won't be ordering here again

A nice friendly classic kebab shop with a good selection of food and the quarter pounder burgers are awesome.

This place used to be very good, but when we tried it recently, it was very disappointing. Generous servings, but tasteless. Not sure if the shop has changed hands or just cooking styles, but sadly the food was very indifferent. Unlikely to eat there again.

Don't go to that place Ordered large meat and chips received small portion +meat is cold and is not cooked properly...Avoid Sam's kebab people this place shoul be close.

Don't always go to sams for food and will do from now on. Delivery was on time. Food was spot on. Hot and tasty. Guy on the phone was really helpful. Keep it up. You'll see me again

Order from them every week be it in the shop or via delivery. Sometimes have a problem where delivery driver has to ring to find where we are but lately has got very bad to the extent that food is stone cold. Today they sent out food and 45 minutes later it hadn’t arrived despite my address being on my account AND sending it to him 3 times during the journey. After getting bored Vasil cancelled my order and when I phoned the take away they said I had to phone Uber to get my refund. Shame as they were once very good but their delivery prices and the service have gone to the dogs. Avoid

Lamb donner always good. I went for a chicken tonight.It was terrible, I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog.Usually 5/5 but this time the chicken let it down.Lovely staff, can’t fault them.

Great food quality and great service. Staff's r really good specially the owner is very good. drivers are very gentle. would recommend to have your food.

I used to enjoy the Chicken KebabWouldn't touch the Donner Meat tho.Burgers are not edible.Acceptable customer service.Staff don't appear friendly or welcoming.Today's Chicken and lamb kebabs waiting to be reheated 😨🤕
