Starbucks in Elmbridge

Used as part of Too Good To Go Food app and polite service and great magic bag

The strawberry cooler, not sure if the name is overpriced and not very nice. I was not impressed.

Pleasant staff and convenient if you need to shop in Sainsbury's.

Had a latte and blue berry muffin very nice coffee not to strong

Lovely friendly staff however there was no where to sit as every empty table was dirty. Used cups & plates on a few tables & the ones that were empty were sticky & hadn’t been cleaned. I saw at least 4 people walk in, try find a seat then walk straight out complaining about the dirty tables. Such a shame :(Edit: Took 19 minutes for someone to come clean the tables…

Very average Americano coffee. Not very hot, and not worth complaining, as no-one cares when told.

Arrived just after 5pm. Shop doesn't close till 6pm. Food and most of the seating area already packed up. Music was shut off soon after. Staff obviously trying to create a hostile environment so that more customers would not come in. I asked for my drink with no foam, barista couldn't be bothered to clean the milk jug and just used the milk that was there, with foam. Both staff on shift then proceeded to sit outside, leaving customers waiting at the tills. Finally I overheard a customer trying to order an espresso and the barista explained to the man that they were no longer serving coffee as she had cleaned the machine . . .

This branch handled a just eat complaint issue really well. The customer service I received was brilliant. Love the coffee! Great work!

Very dirty. Staff makes no effort to clean when when they're free, and customers have to clean tables with paper towels themselves.Added a star. A young man came in on a later shift and actually went round proactively cleaning tables

Loving the reusable cup....when I remember it!! It's like a shopping bag, you have every intention of using them, but you just end up with a cupboard full. Still not sure why they haven't made a fully recyclable cup yet.
