Starbucks Coffee in Elmbridge

Staff are always friendly and although the coffee isn’t to my personal taste (I prefer a lighter roast) you can always guarantee that it will be consistent every time you go.

Went into Starbucks in Weybridge to get two sandwiches and two coffees, it was empty.Picked up my sandwiches and handed them over to the cashier to be scanned and heated. The lady was putting them in to be heated when another member of staff said I couldn’t have them as someone had ordered them on Deliveroo and there were only two left (8.30am). Terrible service and ended up leaving with nothing. Won’t use them again on principle. Lots of good options in Weybridge for locals. Avoid.

Dark, not sell cared for. Staff were nice but service was slow.

It's the McDonalds of coffees for me personally but I appreciate many love them. I guess you get what you expect from a mass chain. Does the job but not my choice

Probably the worlds slowest Starbucks known to mankind. 5 people working and the shop was near enough empty but it took them 15mins to heat up mac&cheese.

Shop was very tired and in need of complete refurbishment. Would recommend Nero's just along the High Street, far superior.

Very nice store. Friendly staff. It's very clean. There was no antibacterial spray available at the entrance. Quick service, plenty of seating.Toilets are small but clean.

Very quiet today. Wondered why.Most tables are dirty and the long bench and floor by window is covered in crumbs.3 youngsters behind counter having a good old chin wag. Yes very friendly and very polite but do something in between your customers.Everything is being served in bags and takeaway cups too. Not sure why.

Love this Starbucks. Most staff are friendly and the only times you have to wait a bit longer is when there are a lot of people with lots of orders. But that's everywhere not just here. If you can't wait 5 minutes for your drink then go make your own coffee at home 😌🙃

Thanking the young lady (with curlyish hair) at the serving point for taking my order with a smile and making my day with her kind words.The 2 frappuccinos were perfect and will be back for more.God bless
