Subway in Elmbridge

Breakfast until 11am but without anything to serve. Tried giving my pigs in blankets instead saying that’s the way they do it now. Hard pass

Good clean Subway, always keep food covered when not in use. What makes this Subway special though is the staff who are always warm and welcoming, and the reason we return time after time.

Really disappointed with this branch. I wanted a chicken tikka and what i got it few pieces of cold chicken and lot more paste which tasted horrible. I love subway and I am a regular. Needs improvement in preparation.

Delicious vege patty and chicken tikka sub, friendly staff, quick service, would highly recommend.

Went for delivery with subway through Just eat. Said order would arrive in 30mins, an hour later still no sign of delivery. Called Just eat and they said they were low on delivery drivers but our meal would be with us in 10minutes, 20 minutes later still no sign. Cancelled food order and got refund. Will NEVER order from them again.

I sometimes wonder if the staff are trained into how to make a sandwich, although this seems simple, apparently it isn't. Each time I visit the weybridge subway the staff chuck in the food minimal amounts as possible. Today was particularly bad when I was served by a young lady I assumed was new who was completely unable to cut my bread open, meaning the whole thing was completely teared! I may as well have not asked for meat as I barely got any. Each end of my subway were completely empty. I don't usually complain when they put hardly any salad in but today there was next to nothing in the sandwich so had to encourage the women to actually add some salad to my bread. I will not be visiting this store again.
