Excellent staff, we were well looked after even though it was a very busy Sunday lunch time. Plenty of seating inside and out. Good menu including traditional Sunday roasts. Generous portions and great quality. An excellent way to spend an afternoon.

Stopped in for a drink. Staff were great, polite and helpful. Unfortunately we'd already eaten, but the menu has a great sounding selection of dishes that should suit most, if not all desires from a pub lunch or dinner.

Nice pub and good service. We went for Sunday lunch, which was nice but rather overpriced. Meat was lovely, but the veg and other bits were not that special and not worth £17 for a main meal. I appreciate roasts can be difficult to get right as everyone has their own expectations, but if you are going to charge at the highter end for a country pub roast, it should deliver on quality. My husband had the short rib burger which was equally underwhelming.

I did mean to leave a written review.. My husband granddaughter and I visited this lovely establishment on a trip from Canada I used to visit as a child some 60 years ago. The charm has not diminished over time, but the food has substantially improved - a delicious lunch. Staff were amazing and friendly and the first stop on our trip could not have started at a better location and venue. My granddaughter's first taste of british chips!! which she loved

Lovely traditional character pub and restaurant. No TV screens or gaming machines just good selection of local Ales and Lagers and good quality food served. Large seating areas inside and out and some large private parking areas. A touch on the expensive side, bordering on over priced but you get what you pay for, friendly service from cheerful staff who want to please. Our large group visited on a weekday evening, pre booked in advance and we were looked after very well. We were served some of the best freshly cooked chips we've enjoyed around Surrey, especially seeing as it was late at 9 in the evening. Thank you, we really enjoyed our visit.

This was a very atmospheric place it would be even better in the summer months. The lights are dimmed and there's a lovely fire it felt very cosy.. we had fish and chips and the batter was so light it melted in your mouth. The staff were very nice too. Would recommend

Went here for a classic car breakfast meet and was not disappointed. What a great place to go to look round. I was here in June this year for a show during the day, which was amazing also. But very friendly and a great place to meet up. I will be making the trip again to see more. Breakfast and coffee laid on also of course... Brilliant!!!

Great pub with a varied and tasty menu. Fab service. The best vegan roast I've ever had.
