We visited here with friends. The Sunday roast was soooo good!! Staff were happy to keep bringing us gravy which was great! Being in Weybridge, the roast wasn't cheap but it was definitely great quality - lots of meat and all the trimmings! Cannot wait to return!!

An excellent meal, good variety of choice. The food was well cooked and presented and served in a timely fashion. We had booked for seven and dallied over our meal so spent longer than the two hours we had been told we would have the table for. However we were not rushed out or made to feel that we had overstayed our welcome. The new waitress needed a little help from a more experienced staff member who was calm and polite, both to us and her, and there were no problems at all.We dined with my sister and her husband from Australia who were both very impressed with the meal. Overall a very positive experience, would certainly recommend you visit.

Had a wonderful afternoon/evening dinner with drinks this evening. The service from start to finish was exceptional thank you to Fraser and Ellie who served us. We have been coming to the Oatlands Chaser for a while and are always happy with the service.

Good food, reasonably priced. Sunday roasts were generous, if a little salty. Meat free burgers were very good. Atmosphere lacking.

I visited with my wife daughter and mother.Excellent waiter, obviously very experienced. I wish I had caught his name as he deserved a mention. Tall chap, short fair hair with an accent 6ft . I was on crutches, so he would remember us. Great service was very professional. I usually go for a burger but was determined to be a bit more adventurous, so I opted for the fish cakes. In conclusion, a long, relaxing mid week lunch with the family. And extremely comfortable chair's.

Enjoyed my visit on 25/1/22, we had a table of 9 which is always going to be hard work but the staff coped very well, our waiter was very attentive. The only negatives was that a few dishes weren't available & they run out of blackcurrant cordial but this didn't affect a lovely evening, thank you 👍

My family and I had a fantastic evening. Fantastic service from Stacey and Nush! Couldn’t fault them! and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for. Great recommendations from Stacey. Thank you! Will be back soon

I've been using this pub/restaurant since its heyday in the 1980s. It's been through many transitions since then but it's always been a pleasant place to go for a few drinks in the large garden. The food is good too. There's a large menu and the dishes are well prepared. There isn't much of a bar food menu though. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow. Overall I recommend it.

Despite getting a glowing recommendation from my friend about this place I was constantly disappointed and certainly won't be returning. In fact it seems they try hard but sadly missed the mark through our whole meal.On ordering a bottle of wine, I was asked "Are you sure?" Which seemed like a bizarre and strange question for the server to ask, perhaps he was surprised as generally no one buys a £50 bottle of wine in this pub? Who knows. An Amarone, it was decent if not spectacular and attracts a 2.5 times mark up on its shop bought equivalent.Starters of bread and olives were ordered and dropped onto the table. It took some time to get the server back to find out where the olives were to which we were told that actually there were no olives and a reduction on the bill was promised, but not delivered on. We might have had something else, had they let us know on ordering, or on delivery of the plate. The mains arrived and the beef roast was well cooked but the chef must have used a salami meat slice to achieve the incredible thinness to what was served and I was left with the feel of being severely shortchanged and hungry. And so on to dessert and the black forest melting bomb, an eye catching and hopefully tasty treat to finish off. Sadly, the first attempt was sent back for failing to live up to the name by failing to do any melting and the second struggled to get half way through. I ate it but it wasn't the dream experience I had hoped for and experienced in other locations. There's lots of work to do here both front and back of house.
