The Old Crown in Elmbridge

Nice old pub. Lots of space to sit outside by the river. Bar staff are friendly, but locals are a bit territorial when standing in the way at the bar.

Drove passed here a few times and didn't really see any appeal for me, then one day the sun comes out and boooom! The old crown totally makes sense. I had no idea about the amazing spaces they have. The tent out the front, then the small garden down the steps which if you have been there a while already makes it seem like another world. I think the views you get (although short) are something people really need to try. This is a PROPER PUB and I can't say that enough. Loved it. It even smells like a proper pub 🤣 will definitely return even if its just to see if those Banana trees actually give fruit 😅

Great little pub, lovely outdoor space and good array of drinks. Can get busy in the little bar but it’s very friendly.

Yvonne and Mark run a great pub for the over 30s. The kids go across the road to the Minnow and drink lager while the beer lovers come in here for the perfectly kept ales. A simple menu of pub classics such as cod and chips, ham, steak and curry. Always well cooked and huge portions especially if you have the fish. If you haven't visited yet give it a go.

Clean, hygeinic, large sitting area inside a very beautiful old Tudor building, very nice large outdoor seating looking over the Thames, very good beers and very nice staff. Excellent

So incredibly over priced it’s a joke £3.50 for a lime and soda while I watched the bartender use a 50p bottle of soda that was also flat. I have never paid more than £2 for this drink. Even in London I’ve got the drink for 50p, £1.50 or £2.50 max. £3.50 and £3.50 for a coke….so £7 for two soft drinks!!!! Absolute joke. I purposely get a lime and soda as a cheap alternative to other soft drinks. I will never be visiting again. Good location but a grubby looking pub on the inside yet charge extortionate amounts.

This is a really. Great guvnor whos dad owned it before him. Well kept widec range of beers, proper pub food, a big welcome. Home made sausage rolls are epic. Weybridge best pub. Puts the gastro bollox opposite to shame.

I like the Old Crown which is a traditional pub with friendly bar staff. The food is quite expensive but it has a nice little garden, a Riverside area, and a conservatory, which is very pleasant.
