My wife and I just dropped in to look at the wonderful cafe. Took photos. Came back for a drink. But ended up also having Eaton Mess and Lemon tart together. Both lovely. So we followed this by a cream tea. We were born in Cornwall and the scones and cream here are as good as it gets. Finally we bought some very cute salt and pepper shakers. The service was exceptional and we were treated as if we were celebrities.

I booked to take my mum for birthday afternoon tea. The booking was originally for 3, I then emailed to up to 4 and then had to do the same on the actual day to 5This was no trouble for the staff and they were more than accommodating with my constant changesThe staff on the day were utterly superb and the photos they took for us were amazing (super professional and no need to ask for them to be taken again)The really great thing about this afternoon tea compared to other places is that you get to chose your sandwich and scone flavours - makes the experience so much better.Very reasonably priced and they offer more hot water for your teapot if you wish. The venue was clean and well presented and everyone in the party had a really great time.

Having not been able to catch up in person for the past 2 years due to Covid restrictions, the visit of a friend from the South West seemed an appropriate reason for coffee and cake. I booked The Terrace Tea Rooms and contacted them about my food allergies before arriving. Throughout the communication and our visit, the staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly and they took my concerns around my allergies seriously. My friend ordered a cold drink and the salted caramel cake (both of which she described as delicious) and I ordered the oat milk latte and vegan scones. I have not been able to eat scones or cakes for years due to my allergies but the recipe used here was fine for me. The scones were amazing!! I will be visiting again really soon for some more! My friend has already also said that she wants to visit for lunch next time, as the other items on the menu also looked wonderful. A lovely way to catch up with a friend whom I haven’t seen for ages! Thank you Tea Terrace.

I took my mum here for a late Mother’s Day lunch, we both had a baguette and then some scones. The food was amazing. Scones were served warm and were so tasty. Best I’ve had. It was very clean. The whole experience was just lovely. I love how girly and pink everything is. The staff were very kind and accommodating. It’s my new favourite place and I can’t wait to visit again.

Interring place . I went over Christmas and it was relatively quiet. It is a cross between Willy wonka and Frozen. There was pink everywhere and horse carriages. A vision dreamt up in someone’s head . The staff were ok but and pleasant enough. The menu was massive and it advertised itself as a Tea room but it had a pub menu on top of the tea , scones and desserts. Make your mind up please. The actual tea and scones we ordered was really nice . Hot scones with jam and cream. The lemon tart was amazingThe the teas were interesting. The pear and ginger came ina camel tea pot ! Yes a camel tea pot ! It was hugged and was meant for one but there was enough for 4 people. My Chinese tea tasted of plain water and was a lot smaller in portion. The robot needs to be seen to be believed. Apart from the lack of gender neutrality it was a nice experience and I would go back.

Visited The Tea Terrace for the first time for our wedding anniversary. Opted for the club sandwich which was very nice. A wide variety of choices for food, drinks, desserts and cakes. Beautiful surroundings and decor, very friendly staff and competitive prices. Would highly recommend!

Famous for its afternoon teas in great British Style but equally famous for its sumptuous breakfast, dinner and lunch! We chose this place for our weekly Tuesday lunch in Cobham In Surrey and we’re not disappointed! The place was immaculately clean, great ambience, superb service and excellent menu. There’s a robot called Theresa who brings food to the table and talks and sings Happy Birthday if you bring children to celebrate their day! It’s conveniently located next to the Waitrose car park in the quaint village of Cobham.

Second visit here with my daughter and friends for her birthday. Didn’t disappoint. Very welcoming staff, extremely attentive waitress. Love the girlie flowery decor. Menu is vast and even a whole 2 pages for both vegans and gluten free. Food is delicious and cake is some of the best Ive ever had. Great place and we will be back without a doubt. We didnt want to leave. Thoroughly recommend!

My mum & I visited The Tea Terrace to celebrate my Mum’s birthday & it really was the most fabulous experience. We were welcomed by a lovely host who took us to our table & looked after us throughout. The service was absolutely first class. The restaurant was beautiful, so pretty with delicate china and attractive table decorations. The menu was amazing with a huge choice. We opted for a celebration afternoon tea for two and had a selection of delicious sandwiches in a choice of different breads, along with tasty scones (again in a variety of flavours). With the top layer a beautiful array of indulgent, beautifully presented mini cakes. It really was a wonderful experience & we are very much looking forward to visiting again soon. We will definitely be recommending The Tea Terrace to family & friends.

I wanted a different place to have breakfast to mark the start of my holiday from work especially as I wasn’t able to go away. I wasn’t disappointed. A friend and I visited the Tea terrace in Cobham for the first time and had a lovely time. We had a really tasty breakfast and excellent polite and friendly service. The ambience was lovely. My friend and I didn’t feel rushed. We had a good catch up and it definitely marked the start to my holiday.
