We had a really excellent stay here, exceptional value for money in a beautiful and peaceful area. I particular Vasili was a really good host and looked after us well. We had a great view and balcony looking onto the Thames and the breakfast was very good, with coffee included.

Lovey place for a drink and some food; I just had some chips and they were chunky, perfectly seasoned and hit the spot perfectly. Beer range is decent enough and the staff are great. If the weather is good then sit by the river and watch the world go by.

We have always enjoyed eating here but due to covid etc we had not been for almost 3 years. It's under new management and we were delighted to discover that the food is excellent if not better than before. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We will be returning soon.

We ordered our food (2 senior adults & 2 kids meals) and were told there was currently a 45 minute wait, which we reluctantly accepted as we were dining there with another couple. We chased staff for the food after waiting an hour and were informed food was on its way. The kids were by now very upset by the delay. Chased again and eventually the other couples meals arrived despite them ordering some 30 minutes after us! Eventually our food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering it. Simply not good enough to lie and lie again about ETA of meals. I think the Chefs must have stopped for lunch!

Great location on the River when the weather is good. Food takes a while and is expensive. Staff very friendly but just missing something for a 5 star review.

Stars are just for the view and quiet place. We ordered a cesar salad and garlic bread which a grumpy waitress brought it to us after almost half an hour. The salad was awful and full of anchovies and smelled really bad. The garlic bread was also really bad without any taste of garlic!!! I also ordered a tea to wash down the bad salad’s taste. Think it’s just a good place with a view for a beer or tea, nothing more.

My friends & I had lunch there today..The food was nothing special , waiting staff not very friendly to say the least , only 1 spoke We do not count grunting as communication! The place we found not very clean , the cloths used to wipe tables ext. filthy dirty , So we will definitely not be making a return visit .

Possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was brilliant as was most of the staff. Location wise, it has a fantastic walk along the Thames to Hampton court palace, possibly a bit too far for some but ideal for us.

Great food, friendly staff and good setting next to the Thames. Loads of outdoor seating/benches/tables for one to enjoy the sunset from. Will definitely be going back there!

After long walk it felt like heaven to have a lovely roast chicken in the Conservatory. I hadn't booked, they were full, but the Manager offered me a table. Lovely fast service too. Thank you!
