They have increased their prices and made the portions smaller. It was already on the pricey side but now can no longer justify value for money. I thought it might have been a one off but it's now been the last 3 times so I won't be going back. It's a shame as it's nice food.

This is a real favourite of mine if i haven’t made my own lunch. I really like the range of salads on offer, the focus on plant based and vegan options to encourage healthier eating and the ability to make your own salads. Thank you.

The manager is extremely rude. She argued with me about an additional amount of avocado which is not able to be added through their online ordering system when i order and pay for extra cucumber and they give you the same basic amount and i never complained. She spoke to me rudely for 5 minutes (this was even noticed by the person i was on the phone to who could hear everything) - as a result instead of going there every day for lunch, I will not step foot back into this store - hope saving the extra avocado was worth it!

Over priced and small portions! Was really disappointed with salad, and felt half of it was missing! Staff were not friendly. Will not go back!

Good selection of ‘make your own’ salads and wraps with lots of healthy options. However, this outlet is often busy and the creation of orders can be very slow (and the queuing system is a complete mess). I often find that components of my salad are missing (particularly is I order a double portion of something). I know it’s to be expected, but a lot of the staff have strong accents, so it is also often difficult to communicate with them if there is a problem with my order. It’s a shame because it’s a great concept for a healthy lunch, just poorly executed.

Customer service is a joke. 9/10 times your online order gets ignored and you have to walk in and explain to them that you have ordered online. To which they then put on a ridiculously confused face and act like your order never came through.

Not a great experience. They are supposed to open at 11 and I visited at 11.15. On my short break from work.I was told to not come in as they were not open. Staff were inside but not willing to let customers in.So I waited outside and put in my order online which said my order would be ready around 11.30.I waited until 11.30 outside the store and went in in the dot to collect. They didn't have my order ready and didn't even expect a customer collection. They then went to check their ticket machine to see that the order was placed and the ticket printed, but they didn't bother making it.The staff just seem a bit lazy and disinterested.Could have just been a bad day, but it's chewed up my lunch break.

Tried to buy something on their tablets and it was such a faff gave up and walked out. Said I wanted vegan meal but until I answered whether or not I wanted chicken in it it wouldn't let me move on! From an OAP can I just say that young people who delight in such systems have no idea just how short life is.

Three things I need to mention about this place1. Quick service2. Great choices3. Fresh foodTwo observations1. Sometimes it happen they miss add-on requested in the order, so during order prep advise them how your food would be . I faced recent disappointment .2. Kastu Curry is entirely different in taste from wasabi and other traditional Japanese shops. Just be mindful before ordering.Edited : 04082019I truly appreciate the changes I noted recently by the Tossed team. Changing the rating from 3 to 4.

Good place to get a healthy lunch or breakfast. Halloumi was really tasty and all the ingredients were high quality. The menu is very open with what’s in the food you’re eating so it’s a good place to go if you’re watching your weight or just living healthily. On the downside it is a little overpriced and the ordering system feels unnecessarily gimmicky.Would visit again but wouldn’t make it too regular due to the price.
