Sent wrong order plus the order was delayed ... it's now past 9 and they wanted us to collect the order... and pay again for their mistake..Women on phone seemed like she didn't even care. I came to this branch when it first opened.. safe to say it's gone downhill ... won't be coming here again!!!!

I love Wagamama’s, but why isn’t Walton on Thames now open to Dine in.Soul to Bowl, feels like it’s lost it’s Soul. It’s money over the magic of Wagamama’s , I suspect the money people have taken over.Come on Wagamama’s your better than this!

This is the second time our takeaway order had been a scam! I had no prawns in my yaki soba both times, neither did it have any kind of sauce. So very dry. Also, the edamame "chilli garlic and salt" was just salt, and very little of it too. Very disappointed! My husband and I have wasted nearly a whole bowl of them as they had no flavour whatsoever. We will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here tonight. The food was cold and noodles were congealed together. Vegetable content poor Found one slice of red pepper. What on earth have they done to the miso soup. It was like vinegar

Thanks to the staff for re cooking our food so it would be fresh after Deliveroo took over an hour to collect food that had been sitting cold waiting on the side.I love Wagamama food it’s great, I’d get your own drivers and drop Deliveroo as they are letting you down and your only as strongest as your weakest link. Still 5 stars all day for Wagga.

What can i say really the food is good and tasty but untimely as comes randomly out of open kitchen. Quality food though been here many times.

The 2 ladies calling themselves "managers" should be fired yesterday!! 1 hour waiting queue to collect an order. They were moving slow as death, unable to manage, clueless and on top of that they just didn't care. You could see them yawning repeatedly with 20 drivers waiting outside. You can't run a busy place with such laughable management.

I love Wagamama’s. I have been to many restaurants in many locations over many years.However. I would advise to never order over the phone. They took down my order even repeated it back to me.Not only need we not receive two main meals. Two orders were wrong and had one piece of chicken in the whole dish.Very very disappointing, it’s moments like these that make me never want to go back to a restaurant.A real shame. The issue and frustration is that we waited 50 mins for our collection.Which is fine but if the order is wrong which it was.No one on a Saturday night wants to go out again 15 minutes later to try and get the order that was actually ordered.Wagamama we’re unable to deliver so we would have to go back out to pick up what was meant to be our order.Very disappointed not likely will not go back which is a shame as we have been very loyal customer a to Wagamama over the past 5 years.

Great atmosphere, tasty food and the best orange juice I've tasted anywhere! Seriously, the orange juice is gooooooood! Wagamanas is not the cheapest eatery around but it offers value for money and the food you eat is tasty. Service was great too.

The food's delicious but it can get annoying that everything comes at different time's, like you havent finished your starter and your main course comes. The staff are friendly but you always get the same answer for why hasn't our prawn starter arrived yet when we're nearing the end of our main courses. Also it's normally really busy and you cant book a table for parties of less that 6 so there's normally a ten minute plus wait, also when we were waiting we could see three clear tables for the size of our party. Still worth it as the food's great. But you've probably been to one before.
