Anatolia Kebab in Epsom and Ewell

I went to stuff. I've asks him do me 5pounds donor he said small £6 large £9 but I didn't ask large or small. Learn English first then serve... Thanks for your reply but I don't need your free food. Plus I didn't ask for half burger but I asked for little donor because I had pizza from your next door. Lol very funny. Plus I do respect him as I repeatedly said just 5pounds but he said what he already said then I leaves

Rude behavior

Two times in a row they have got my order wrong. I have used them for quite a few years but it looks like I might have to find a new kebab shop. It’s a sham as food is good but the missing ingredients spoil the meal.

Telephone ordered a delivery was told it would be 55 mins (No problem considering the circumstances). When the food arrived it was cold I called the shop to make them aware of this and was told ‘never to call the shop and you give problems’ this was my first time ordering from them. The driver came back and told me I must be quiet when I was explaining the situation then took the food and left. I received a phone call 10 mins later from the shop stating that there was food missing. I then went to the shop to explain once again that the food was COLD and to pay for the food my daughter had started to eat. The guy said he’s calling the police . A customer came into the shop and was told the shop is closed (lie). I waited patiently for the police to arrive oh yes I did. I did not once swear or threaten this man. Customer service is none existent ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I cannot begin to recommend the food & service. I accidentally ordered to a different address and they so kindly delivered to my new address and the food is so so so good. I really can’t recommend enough.

Literally the most illogical and backwards service I've ever known. Apparently they will deliver your food but not ring the doorbell and because you don't answer they leave. They then refuse to redeliver or refund. They said they saw us inside!? We clearly didn't see them or we'd of opened the door. We didn't order the food and wait almost 2 hours to just not accept the delivery! Completely rediculous and quite unbelievable. Why would they not just ring the doorbell? I'm baffled.

Second time ordering food, both times delayed. Second time of ordering we was told the food would be “around an hour”. 1 hour 30 minutes later and nothing, called up and was willing to collect and was told “no need as its gone out with the driver and will be with you shortly”. Over 2 hours later and still nothing. Shambles of a service and poor customer service, not sure how as a takeaway food service we can be told your busy and that it appears you dont deliver to when the order comes in but on what is convienent for you as you said you werent busy at the time we called our order in. Spinning another lie was being told it would be delivered warm, Ive had glasses of milk warmer than what the food was.

Anatolia - Epsom:Really bad service and poor food quality. Went into the fastfood: the guy that served me was totally unfriendly. He didn't understood correctly my order. I've received the plastic bag (not transparent) with my order already tied and I couldn't see exactly what he put inside. At home I've realized that one order was completely missing. Called back and they've said that is my fault that I wasn't clear enough. :| . Didn't had a chance to discuss about delivering home the missing order because they've said definitely no. I couldn't even trust from that moment to eat if they would deliver it, ...Also you can't see the salads, souce, or what is happening with your food behind the counter.Anyway, the food now (apart from all the above problems):- Burned chips and very dry.- The meat was enough but plain, dry and very salty. Probably not fresh and that's why.- only 1 slice of tomato for an entire menu for two.- cabbage - nothing special hereNothing special to make you come and buy again.Overall - just AVOID that place.With average prices.

great quality and great service, my food is always warm when delivered. delivery does take a little long on friday or saturday nights but i'm not complaining becuase the food is always lovely! definitely will be ordering again

The reason I ordered from here was because in the past the food was delicious.However the low score relates to the length of time I waited for todays delivery. At the start 30 mins was added which meant a wait of 1.25 hours. This time came and went, a phone call from me to them and I was assured it had left the shop, it is 1.5 miles away that was 20 minutes ago, a journey of no more than 7 minutes tops!Extremely disappointed with the service and whereas I understand it may well have been busy, a phone call from them would have been courteous. Unfortunately, the food arrived only lukewarm and it certainly was not up to their usual high standard. Doner meat was greasy, pitta bread wet and soggy 🙁.
