Mother's Day lunch with my daughter and grandchildren. Fantastic meal and the cocktails were really good! Thank you

Some of the meat in my meal was overcooked, and twice the stuffed mushrooms were over done. Kudos to the manager for trying to keep on top of things with the huge party of people that arrived shortly after but the waiting staff seemed to be ignoring us.Probably won't come back personally. Needs more staff.

I came inside to grab an early dinner. The restaurant was pretty empty at this time. I was greeted with a smile by Liliana. She asked whether I have any allergies and set me at a table of my choice. She was very attentive. Mushroom al forno was the starter of my choice and it was really tasty the presentation was really nice and the dish was steaming hot as it came in a small iron skillet. Liliana recommended the beef brisket pappardelle (a new dish on the menu). This dish was extremely tasty the beef was very tender and the portion was large enough as well. I then tasted the Tiramisu, and again it was delicious and a very good way to end the dining experience. The dishes were all very tasty as well as the cocktail (Passionfruit martini) and Liliana made my day, her recommendations were on point and she changed my cutleries after every meal. I also thank her for the jokes and smiles and of course for the attentive service she provided. I certainly will be back.

Perfect!! Two tables booked, one for a 13th birthday party and parents banished to another part of the restaurant. Despite being busy. Amazing service.

Me and my girlfriend decided to have an impromptu meal out before heading to the cinema. We were greeted in a very nice manner and they provided a nice seating area. After we had sat down the waiter promptly provided their home made lemonade and took our drinks order.Shortly after this we placed our order via the QR code that was displayed on the menu. A kind waitress came over to ensure we had ordered and if we needed anything further. To which we told her that we had ordered via the QR code.Roughly 25/30 minutes went by without any sign of our food. We asked the waiter roughly how much longer the food was going to take. To which he shared his apologies and informed us that he would get his manager to help resolve the issue at hand. The manager explained that they had two large tables to see to prior to our food. I totally understand the pressure they were facing. I would have however appreciated a member of staff informing us that there may be a slight delay with food. The manager kindly offered to provide a hand written note offering a free main meal next time we came in. This was something that we thought was beyond generous.Once my meal had come out we had to wait a further 3/4 mins for my girlfriends food to come out. After the meal, heading home I realised that for some strange reason the chefs decided to "garnish" my risotto with thyme, as apposed to the traditional parsley. There was no indication of a garnish on the menu, but very particular that it was with thyme.Overall the experience was okay. I'm in no rush to head back there. I believe that the situation was handled professionally by the manager to which I thank.

Visited with my family for lunch last weekend and were made to feel really welcome by Mehmet and his team. Kids set menus were a big hit, and the adult mains were delicious too. Mother in law was also very impressive with her tiramisu with baileys and espresso sauce.

Really nice place! Pasta was delicious and staff very friendly. I just had the best tiramisu desert ever. Our food came very fast! It will always be a pleasure to come back there and also recommend it.
