Caffe Nero in Epsom and Ewell

Ordered a babychino for my son and it was completely cold…took it back and asked for another and they gave me a warm one but it was about 1/4 full. The place was also filthy and in desperate need of redecoration and the staff were miserable, but I would be too if I worked there. Go elsewhere.

It was a large inviting environment that I felt at ease.

Caffè Nero is 5 minutes away from the station, located at the Town Centre, it's a spacious cafe. They have less options for vegan food. The staff was limited and they serve good coffee here.

Staff very disinterested served a coffee that I would have complained but I don't think it would of mattered.

Ordered food and when I turned up to collect it they said they cancelled it. I literally got a notification that moment, it was cancelled the minute I had walked in. The man was very rude, mumbled something, said you will get a refund, then he walked off!!

The drink was pleasant but it dirty in there

Ordered 3 times today on Uber eats and 3 times Caffé Nero have cancelled the order! They need to turn off their app for Uber eats if they are too busy and stop wasting my time. All three orders were cancelled by them because they were too busy!

The coffee isn't bad my main problem is that the staff are clearly standing behind the counter chatting whilst every table in the establishment is covered in empty cups, trays, and rubbish and none of them in my 40 minute visit even once made an attempt to clean up.

Of all the chains / franchises this one has the best coffee by far, also, thankfully, it's also the only one which is dog friendly. Double win! Their app is worth a download if you are a regular, free coffee and offers. Staff are always friendly in the Epsom Caffè Nero.
