Creams Cafe in Epsom and Ewell

Terrible experience. The restaurant was filthy - sticky, dirty tables and menus, the floor hadn't been mopped for what seemed like weeks - you could see a trail of footprints through the dust and dirt on the floor. No one greeted us on arrival, in fact we were just ignored so we just seated ourselves at a dirty table at the front of the shop. After ordering at the counter, the staff shouted at me from behind the glass shaking the bowl of ice cream at me so I had to get up and collect it. The staff all seemed miserable and stressed, not one smile. The ice cream was mediocre and hugely overpriced for what it is. We left fairly quickly as the whole experience was just so disappointing and everything felt grubby and unhygienic. I wrote to Creams HO with my review and have never been acknowledged or heard back from them. Will not ever return.

Delivered half order an hour after we placed it, then sent out plain waffles for the rest of the order an hour after that. Spoke to them on the phone and they were not interested. £30 wasted, I'll go elsewhere from now on

Super friendly staff, amazing food. The service was superb. I ordered the waffle, it was mouthwatering and the plating was just beautiful. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family and would tell everyone to go there. the staff was very helpful too. Proper hygiene was taken care by them and were respectful.

Service to rush to take my order in. When to the table the waffles arrived one without the extra ice cream we order and the cookie dough just arrived 5 minutes later and to crumble and old. On top broken ramekin for the ice cream.

Ever since they changed the menu it’s been not as good as it used to be. The prices have also increased a lot and they don’t even let you chose if u want chocolate sauce or white chocolate. They just put on white chocolate sauce and say it’s the only thing the dessert come with.

They consistently get ALL my orders wrong, not worth the price. When I make a complaint they refund me in pennies. My total was around £31, it consisted of 2 indulgent treats for one and BOTH included milkshakes where missing AND they only refunded me back £6. Disgraceful.

I went here on the 29th of December and all I can say is that the customer service is absolutely terrible! Both Neha and Danish were very rude to me and my friend. They paid no attention to us and we’re super aggressive. When we arrived in the cafe, they didn’t even sit us and down and give us menus, we had to get them ourselves. When we went to order the dessert, Neha was too busy taking online orders to even serve us properly. Danish came over and gave us our dessert but threw the dessert onto our table nearly knocking my glass over. When I confronted him about his rude behaviour he told me to write a Google review and then told me to get out the shop. For that reason I’m writing a review so others are aware of the poor customer service. Other people were coming into the cafe around 9.30 but they wouldn’t let them sit in even though the restaurant closes at 10.30!!! Something was definitely not right and it’s obvious the people working here hate there jobs.as we were leaving Neha did apologise for her behaviour but Danish was super aggressive and kept on saying we couldn’t do anything about him and to get out the store. No sorry from him. Stay away people, wish I went elsewhere.

Super friendly people, tasty food, spacious and clean shop! Overall it’s a great place to spend time with friends and family! Strongly recommended if you are a dessert lover!

I attended creams on 01st September 2019, with my girlfriend, as we have previously visited before, and found the ice cream amazing, and had a great experience, and have since been regular customers.However when we attended recently, I ordered a Waffle and my girlfriend ordered a Sundae. Her Sundae arrived, and I was waiting around 15 - 20 minutes for mine to arrive! The wait was completly unacceptable and when I asked the staff, why the delay, I was rudely told "We only have one waffle maker". I find this unacceptable. We ordered together, so we could eat our desserts together. Instead we both ate alone, as she obviosuly had to eat hers before it melted. This completly ruined my experience, and did not enjoy the experience.To add this this, I made a complaint by the online system, with 2 follow up emails. I have been completly ignored, and not even received an apology.

Great waffles and definitely more enjoyable with more toppings. Plain Nutella didn’t have much sauce to work with.
