Domino's Pizza in Epsom and Ewell

Friendly staff, wonderful pizzas. Nice shop

Would give half a star if I could extremely rude staff on phone hung up on me when I was asking a question related to allergies and paying with cash - literally just said no we don’t do cash and hung up without even saying anything - didn’t order from here in the end - scared about the pizzas we’ve received in the past if that is what they are like in there. No manners at all….

Entered the dominos, said hello twice to the 4 people stood around on their phones, got ignored by all of them including a women who looked directly at me and still went back on her phone, got told on the app my food was ready, yet I was told it would be “2 minutes bruv” 5 mins later food was ready, food was okay, just the attitude of the staff was crazy, it was like I entered a different world

Ordered a pizza, paid and then waited an hour. I called them to enquire when my pizza would get to me and they said "We've taken your money but our online system doesn't work so your order hasn't gone through". Shambles, was my first time using this branch and won't ever order from them again. They still have my money and I'm requesting a refund through Paypal, but it's been 4 days now. Don't bother with them

My daughter's favourite although the timing can be off by ten or more minutes when you collect and you can stand ignored by staff when you can see your food ready to be collected on the shelf. Delivery tends to be slow and the tracking app just doesn't work.

Please ring them to understand why it was given 1 star. This is 1 star more then they deserve. Seriously, They don't answer the phone for hours, they don't take the order correctly, they forget to make your pizza for collection or delivery, if they finally make your pizza, they give it to someone else, then you start the merry go round of hell again. Good deals though...

Drivers lie about trying to deliver, woman at store rude and unhelpful. We have been waiting for over an hour and a half. The app claims they have delivered - but no vehicle even came down our street, so the driver is a liar and the person I spoke to on the phone claimed it was me who was lying. Appalling service - there are plenty of better Pizza companies out there. Apparently I now face a 7 day wait for a refund too. AVOID

Incredibly slow service, waited 1 hour and a half. When received pizza, it was flat and dry and too tough to cut into. There was also hardly any toppings on. The cooking tray was left under the pizza which is quite worrying this was not noticed. We followed the tracking devise on the dominos app which said the pizza had been pre checked, which was obviously a lie. Would not order from there again unfortunately. Gutted, we paid £24.99 for what we got.

After already receiving bad attitude over the phone from this particular chain, my friend ordered me some chicken strippers and HOT SAUCE.Order arrived, delivery guy says he has no change - fair enough we can call it a tip - but this happens pretty much every time. If people are paying cash, prepare your delivery driver with simple change.Chicken arrives - no hot sauce. The only reason I even ordered this rubbery chicken which costs near enough 6 QUID, was so that I could use it as a means to enjoy some good hot sauce. So we're pretty annoyed. My friend calls up to complain and all we get is 'what do you want me to do now? we don't DO hot sauce anymore'. A genuine and friendly apology or offer of discount would have sufficed.Don't know how this business is still running with such bad google reviews and such bad attitude.Plus my friends cookies are burnt
