Used to sell the best fried chicken in Surrey (better than KFC) now stopped this and think that chicken wings are a suitable substitute for fried chicken (absolutely no comparison) Won't be returning until they start selling fried chicken again

Only gets customers as they are the only late option open. Worse than home cooked freezer food. Staff rude and will ignore you to flirt and chat to regular customers. Avoid!

Great Donner kebab, the best I've had for a while, with the amazing chilli sauce, well worth the trip.

Avoid. This is my first ever online complaint such is my displeasure. Ordered waited 1h20 for food, no contact. Called and phone was disconnected over several attempts. Walked the mile down there and the bloke couldn't care less. Just trying to get me out of the shop as fast as possible. Food dry, obvs.

Overcharged over their menu price. Thinking they were honest the bill would be correct. When checked after it was about 25% more than menu price. I would never visit again. Avoid at all costs.

A disabled customer asked for a drink of water to take his medication and they refused. Rudely. Will not use again.

OK so I ordered a kebab last night. The guy serving was mopping the floor when I walked up to the counter. I was expecting him to wash his hands before preparing my food which he didn't do so I asked for a refund an left with no food
