Ewell Charcoal Grill in Epsom and Ewell

Not sure why I had to give one star, didn’t even deserve that.Cold food, not sure the kebab was even cooked, even tho the chips were burnt they were cold and soggy, il let the pictures do the talking !

Have tried to order via just eat two days in a row and you keep cancelling the order due to lack of drivers. Why are you still accepting orders even after cancelling mine. Very poor service!

Would be 4-5 star but 2nd order and again chips are terrible

Food tasted awful. The worst I think I’ve ever had. Greasy kebab I couldn’t taste the meat just tasted of garlic. Food weren’t fresh and half weren’t edible!!! I won’t be coming back here again. Very disappointed. AVOID

Everything was cold when it was delivered, chicken donner tasteless and garlic mayo was just vile chips again cold and soggy, never ordered from here and never will again. On the plus side, the onion rings were OK, although cold and the can of Rio was presented well.

Poor service wouldn't take order as wouldn't honour a just eat voucher. Lied about trying to call me.. also would not take into account swapping items for dietary requirements!! Absolutely shocking service...In response to your comment. If you look at my reviews you are the first negative review. I have not complained to get free food!!!You cannot spell halloumi either and it is perfectly healthy if you are ketogenic and coeliac!!!Mug!!!

We haven’t had a Kebab for a little while, but had a chicken and lamb shish tonight, and was so tasty. We also had a lovely warm welcome and will definitely be back.

I've used this place a couple of times now and on each occasion the welcome has beeen friendly and the food both enjoyable and competitively priced.Ideal when all you want is a decent sized take-away that will fill you up, as long as you're not concerned about the calories!

Staff always pleasant. Closing time can be a bit haphazard as they close early on slow days. Food is actually pretty good compared to other kebab shops in the area. Always busy at 3pm on a school day with kids buying chips and burgers there. Often busy at around 12.30 too with lunchtime traffic. They do delivery on Just eat too if you want it.
