Mcdonald's Restaurants in Epsom and Ewell

Mc Donald's prepared the food for delivery and left it sitting, so it arrived completely cold at home. Portion sizes are disgusting- fries were massively underfilled! I can't believe they get away with it. Will never use again.

Ordered via Uber Eats as daughter wanted a treat, only ordered for her and added a few more bits in. Her Happy Meal was supposed to have a carrot bag, fruit and burger. You can imagine how angry I was to open up the box only to find a burger. I've read 2 years worth of bad reviews everywhere to do with this branch but thought how hard could it be to get a child's order wrong. Quite easily it seems. It's beggars belief that after so many bad reviews, nothing has been done. Management clearly needs to be changed or they have a job on their hands to train their staff properly. Won't order again and I strongly recommend you don't too.

Self ordering points and Uber/just eat/delivery have ruined this McDonald’s. I first used this McDonald’s in the 1980’s. It’s so slow and during the evenings they shut the upstairs and there’s virtually no seating or toilets. I’m sure it’s making more money than ever but service is very poor. The downstairs is not big enough to cope with the volume of orders.

Very busy inside. Hardly no seating downstairs. Had to lug a big pram up 3 flights of stairs which was dangerous. Order screen upstairs didn't work. When finally got food it was as expected and hot.

Only given one star as zero not an option. Ordering machine didn't provide receipt or order number and staff were unable to help. Coffee ordered wasn't available so given hot chocolate instead. By the time they found our meal it was almost cold. Staff keen and try hard but no management.

So slow! Their order number screen doesn't work, you can barely here the person calling out the numbers and this is anything but fast food, you'll be waiting at least half an hour for your food, they are either extremely understaffed or just incompetent. This goes for take out and when you order on Uber eats.

I came in to order food. The lady (Hallie ) Was so rude. I had to ask her half way though if she is annoyed with me as I could not understand why she acted so rude. Her response was cold. Clearly she doesn’t love her job. Sort it out Mac donalds.

2 hour wait for food, no contact from them to advise of wait, unable to call as they didn't answer the phone. Happy to take the money but provide the service. A fine example of poor customer service. Still no food and not able to get refund either. Disgusting

Understaffed or, perhaps more likely, physically too small for the volume of walk in customers and deliveroo/Uber eats orders. Food is perfectly acceptable but the wait and number of things always out of stock always makes it a frustrating visit.

Every single time when I order from this restaurant (Epsom) the food is not prepared with even minimum care about it. When I pay for something I expect that to be in decent quality.Coke tastes like water!Burgers… looks like someone was throwing ingredients to the box from few meters distance.Not even once my order was fully accurate with what I have ordered. Missed products, different products etc.
