Nando's - Epsom in Epsom and Ewell

Medium sized nandos near the high Street in Epsom. Chicken tasted good and fries were great. Toilets were a bit dirty though

This is a really nice Nandos located in Epsom Square. We were greeted and seated quickly in a friendly manner.Our table was clean and the restaurant appeared clean too. We were offered mobile ordering but decided to pay at the till, which was quicker.Our food arrived in good time. It was hot, tasty, and from our seats, we could see it was freshly made.I'm sure we'll be back at this restaurant soon as it makes a nice change to the larger Nandos restaurants.

This has always been a great Nando's (and I know many) but last night was worth a five star review. Super-helpful service (from Nabil, I think) at the till and from the duty manager with extra care taken on a tricky order for my daughter's birthday dinner. I ordered takeaway and hardly had to wait, rainbow bowl customisation was no problem for the staff either. Food was great as always, but it really was the service and friendliness that made it even more so than usual. Thanks (and if the person who gives bonuses is reading this, you know what to do...😆).

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, Tom in particular. He took time out of his evening to help me with an inquiry I had and even went to investigate further than necessary. Such a lovely lad, definitely worth a visit for the food and staff!

Just ordered takeaway via the website. Delivery arrived a bit later than first stated but main issue was 3 missing items. These were clearly not marked off on the receipt like the other items but it still went out for deliver. Called the branch to an answer machine, directed to help line on email. This was answered quickly but all they can do is offer a refund that takes 10 days, no sorry or offer to resend missing items. Not good enough

Excellent service. The waiters are very cordial and professional; it's a welcoming restaurant. My only take away the marinating of the meat; I prefer meat that is marinated well.

It's been disappointing for a while. We usually order for collection and it's always busy to the point that about a month ago I and 4 other people waited for 15 to 30 min past collection time to get our food and only after asking what was happening multiple time.The cherry on top of the cake was this week, we ordered for delivery and believe it or not only half the order arrived. Only meat and a starter, no sides. Once we enquired they gave us a refund which was appreciated but nobody offered to redeliver. It was almost like we deliver half of it and hope that's enough!On top of that the food was absolutely below standard. The butterfly was dryer than usual, I ordered mango and lime and it was 95% lime. To top it off, we ordered a thigh and got 3 little dry and one slightly burnt pieces.I can understand the delivery and even the mess in the restaurant but the food is standardised and we did not expect such low quality.

Me and my friend turned and we stood there for 10 minutes no que, the lady looked at us and ignored us two people walked in a pushed in front us and still looked at us we asked if we could take a sit and she walked off and ignored us. The table was dirty , the staff was rude and not very welcoming. I love nandos but I won’t be coming to this one .: first time and we will be our last. No menus on the table we had to get our own, cutlery was dirty.

Terrible service, we waited ages and our orders processed online. Never again!! I called, and the they said the driver had delivered. Nothing outside our property what so ever or any evidence and I got CHARGED for the food. Bad experienced as we were looking very forward to it! Talked about Nados,all day. Had I not called I would have been waiting much longer or not known. No sincere apologies other than re order and refund which I will double check!! No compensation. Please do not waste your time and energy with this large ungrateful company. I have spent £1000 pounds with them over the many years and taken friends and family here. They don’t care.

Amazing experience today, it was very busy but Nandos epsom did everything they could to make me feel happy, welcomed and replenished by the food and service. You can clearly see they are trying their best to give customers the best experience possible and it really showed. The food quality was excellent and the speed was great considering it was a busy Saturday evening. Thought I'd upload a picture of my fantastic meal for you guys to see, GO NANDOS!!
