Paya Cuisine in Epsom and Ewell

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from where to start !!! hoisin sauce was half water, shedded duck had big bits of bones, fish had an awful smell to it and must of had have of the worlds salt poured into it, I ordered egg fried rice and found no egg in it !!Super overpriced £55 order for what you could get at any other competitors for around £30 max.So disappointed ☹️ going to bed hungry.

The crab claws my brother and I ordered were well past their sell-by date and the freshness definitely tasted off. It hit my brother the hardest, throwing up a total of 10 times and - 24 hours later - is still bedridden and can't eat...There's a fine line for fish and this is revealed here - I won't be going back here for it!P.S We did get a full refund at least but doesn't make up for poor hygiene

Recently ordered via Deliveroo. Will not be ordering again. Fish was so salty that had to bin itand all the curries were too sweet. The food quality wasAlso really bad. Not worth the effort or price.

Wow, big family gathering and usual Chinese takeaway was closed, bum, quick interweb search and very impressed with Paya. Food was different, of course, but delicious, would recommend, 50 minutes wait but worth it.

Reasonable time for delivery. Good packaging. Decent portions. Those are the positives. The bad part - taste. Everything is too sweet. Thai curry and stir fry were bordering on being a dessert. And the Thai prawn stir fry was full of onions as if they were on special offer

Did not like the food. It was £65 which was so expensive for what we ordered and didn't have enough Cummber for pancakes. It's a shame but this place is not for us. If you want Chinese food don't order from here. It's just awful. We could not eat it. We will not be ordering from here again.

I was coming there, the last 3 mount olmost avery day! but the quality is getting worse!the chef just doesn't remember! You pay whit extra chili! no matter how many times you tell him this! He does not care! he just grins like he has something wrong! but it can't put in the normal amount either! the photos show that the chicken once had more color! I dont know why?But I think! i will never come back here!

Ordered 4 items to be delivered. I ordered singapore rice, nasi goreng, deep fried prawns and peppercorn squid.1. They sent singapore noodles instead of rice2. The onions in the singapore noodles were huge. I tasted more onion than meat and noodles.3. The curry paste in the noodles was not even mixed propaly. It was very mild in taste and then in the bottom i was able to see the curry paste on the noodles4. Peppercorn squid. It was like chewing gum. Little twigglet shapes and just chewy.5. Nasi goreng didnt taste like nasi goreng at all. It taste like some bad chilli oil had been mixed.Definitely wont be ordering again

Ordered takeaway for the family. We had ordered:1. Tom Yum Soup:awfully sweet and salty broth with prawn dunked in it. It’s not even anywhere close to a Tom Yum taste.2. Prawn dumplings (fried):Super oily.3. Satay chicken: only edible item. However the peanut sauce was full of sugar4. Mee Goreng: again no where near a Mi Goreng and SUPER Salty... Noodles stir-fried with chilli and prawn added. Oh they did add a couple of slices of tomato and cucumber. No sign of egg 🙄5. Nasi Goreng: Dry, high in SALT and guess what NO egg!We saw 2 hours delivery slot and thought if they are that busy it must be good! Unfortunately worst takeaway we’ve ever had!

The food is so good I am often ordering from here every other day lol. Delicious, halal and authentic Chinese Food. The classical lemon chicken is really good and they have really friendly staff so can cater dishes to any of your dietary requirements.Would highly recommend.
