Pret a Manger in Epsom and Ewell

This morning a staff with glasses was very bad attitude. looking grumpy, acting grumpy. I bought sandwiches and drinks, I asked bags to carry (g.... she even didn't ask..)but she almost throw the bag towards me. when 2 drinks are ready, I asked for cup holder then I can hear she click her tongue in front of me! what point you ruin my mood ?? if you do not want to work, stay home stupid!

People Ara really friendly but I think it is over rated and expensive. The coffee is sometimes good and others are bad depends a lot on the person.

Not bad but very expensive for what you get! £17 fort 2 teas 2 sandwiches and 1cookie!

Ordered from here, took 30mins over the expected time to arrive. Not only that my food arrived soggy, the coffee wasn’t sealed properly and split over 2 bagels and a croissant. The bag is dripping with coffee so I called the store to be told twice wait for the manager and the person hung up the phone on me both times. Disappointed…

It can be hard to be comfortable here during the pandemic - it's quite a confined space, but the coffee and service are good.

Well presented and clean store. However, Two stars lost for not having any sweetner.

Got my managers coffee wrong lol, my coffee was fine. Enjoyed my toasty as well.

Really good Pret!I find the consistency of coffee and frapes across diffrent Prets is a bit hit and miss. However this Pret makes some of my favourite coffee's and frapes.Team are lovely and always have a nice chat with me. Coffee is always made so fast which is brilliant when needing to grab a coffee before getting on the train into London.Just round the corner from the station. Great location.Nice seating area always clean.

What a difference a year makes. I gave this place 5 stars previously - I would give it 0 star if I had the option.In the last 3-4 months? this place has plummeted.If you want a lousy Cappuccino which is half a cup, luke warm with only a hint of coffee flavour, this is the place. If you delight in Full fat milk when you have ordered skinny and melted Frappaccinos make a bee line to Epsom Pret a Manger.I am sure they work on the basis that if you are a take away customer you will be 500 yards down the road before you realise and wont bother coming back to the counter queue to complain.Add that to counter staff who revel in breaking records to bang out your coffee as opposed to doing it right, staff who repeatedly overlook or completely forget your order whilst you wait and watch other customers leave before you?If it wasn't for the fact I have taken a pre paid subscription I would never shop here. My subscription will finish at the end of December afterwhich its Caffe Nero every time.
