Sanchos Grill in Epsom and Ewell

Under new management since my last review which was previously 5 star. Bought a kebab there the other day and the guy serving used his hands to grab all the various salad ingredients rather than a pair of tongs... Yuck... Previous person paid cash, he hadn't washed his hands since handling the money, its basic hygiene. The other guy I saw wipe his sweaty forehead with his hand and was doing something with the pizza machine again no hand washing, we all get hot and sweaty but come on this is people's food.

Lovely food , tastiest halloumi wrap and cheesy chips around. Asked for a pitta extra and to pay cash and they wouldn’t let me pay! From 132 gilders road!

Thank you Sanchos, I haven’t ordered pizza from long time. But this time the pizza was testy with lots of fresh topping. I liked the test of chicken and the mix grill.Keep up the good work.

Say no to the new dough! The new pizza dough is nowhere close to the original. Deep pan is not deep pan anymore...

Fast delivery amazing food great staff friendly

*Edit Jan 2022 - unfortunately it’s changed hands and the pizza is not what it used to be, smaller, less toppings, too doughy (even this crust). Such a shame as loved the old Sanchos.2021 - Just love the pizzas from this place! Everything from the base to the toppings hits the spot. They’re happy to tailor to your taste buds as well.

We ordered a delivery from sanchos and it took over an hour to arrive and when it did finally arrive the food was cold, there was also items missing from the order. I won't be ordering from them again.

Every time we order from here we both say never again!! I ordered a veggie wrap with no sauce and cheese, they gave me a veggie wrap (greasy vegetables) with Mayo and no cheese!! Sooooo many onions, it’s ridiculous, see photo.The sweetcorn was watery and soft, no crunch at all.The can of drink we ordered was missing.In fairness the pizzas they do are good, the wraps are awful!We won’t be ordering from them again .

They do the best veggie pizza I have ever eaten! Nice Customer service. Good value for money. £8 for a large pizza is sensational value.... double at bigger players and not as good!!
