Absolutely dreadful. We tried to order for delivery, they didn't bother to complete and couldn't give a s**t when we followed up to find out where it was. Please don't waste your money

This Subway asks to pay extra for vegetables in breakfast sandwich!

The place is OK, as Subways go, especially since the refurb, but the prices are extortionate (£7.39 for a 12" BMT meal-deal) )& the menu very misleading as it implies the extra £1.50 you used to pay for meal-deals have been waived, when they clearly are not. You do better off buying two meal-deals from Boots.

Ordered on uber eats and took over an hour to wrap my food

Husband and I are great fans of Subway.And the Epsom one is first class.Friendly staff and lovely decor.And the Subs are well made and very delicious.

Can get very busy. A bit small. Food is better than a lot of other Subways I've been in. Usually clean and friendly.

When I handed over my Subway card the employee refused to accept it. There was nothing wrong with my card. The staff were also quite angry and shouted a lot. They used to be quite helpful, but the service has become subpar in recent weeks.

Small Subway on Epsom High Street, opposite McDonald's, recommend the 6" Tuna Mayo with all the trimmings that you want, that's the best thing about Subway, customise your sandwich exactly the way you like it!

I ordered for my family through Uber Eats. First, we had to wait for well over 1 hour for delivery. All the food was fine EXCEPT MY sandwich was 6 inch when I had ordered AND PAID for 12. I called them, they said they would make my 12 inch and send it again with 3 free cookies.Another hour passed, still no 12 inch so I called again, was asked to hold and got hung up on. 3rd call, they denied I ordered my 12 inch, kept banging on about 3 cookies so in the end I hung up on them in frustration.Diabolical customer service, we decided to request a refund through Uber Eats which we are still waiting for. I will NEVER go to this Subway again. I feel like they stole my money, refused to acknowledge their mistake, make an offer to compensate before deciding I didn't order in the first place so no compensation.This is not how to do business.

Looked closed and dark with no one in it at 12:30 (lunchtime) Tuesday??I had to check the door to realise it was open.The selection bar was 30% empty.The counter service awful. Had to repeat myself twice and three times to make my order whilst the staff made no eye contact and stared vacantly out the front window.I started ordering two individual 6" subs but ended up with two the same = one foot long because the fillings weren't available but still charged for two 6" - obviously staff completely uninterested.There must be a 100 people who would welcome working here and bring some value - why employ people who don't care?Candidate for closure - wont be missed.
