The Beefeater in Epsom and Ewell

Lovely meal at the Beefeater, Tattenham Corner. Ordered the surf & turf combo, ( sirloin steak topped with 2 king prawns & garlic sauce, calamari, triple cooked chips, salad & mayonnaise dip). All washed down with a cold bottle of wild berry Rekorderling cider. The food & service was fantastic. Will be back soon.

Went here for a late lunch with some friends as one of them had some 40% off main course vouchers! Result! ;)Anyway, I went for the T-bone streak (medium rare) which came with lovely, crispy and fluffy chips, onion rings and the rest!The steak itself was cook absolutely fine and I really enjoyed the meal...especially at that price!It just gets 4 stars as doesn't rate with some of the best steaks I've ever had. That's it.Also try their Sundaes if you have a sweet tooth...and if you can manage one! ;)But definitely worth a visit as the food overall is very good. :)

Went for an early Sunday dinner. Decent beef roast with all the timings. Reasonably priced. Nice inside but the garden is scruffy with a lot of cigarette butt's strewn about. Shame, as it would be a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view of the racecourse.

Brilliant waitress, Gaynor .... the only one on duty .... it was a very busy lunch and she coped exceptionally well, extremely professional .... she had an impossible task dealing with so many tables .... it was so unfair for her and yet she never moaned at all .... she was incredibly good!!However, there were 4 of us and cannot say the chefs' standards were anywhere near as good .... two of the meals came to us virtually cold .... we then had to wait around 10/15 minutes for fresh hot food!! Sorry but totally unacceptable .... we were sitting waiting for our meals while the other two had virtually finished theirs!!Won't be coming again as we were not even offered a discount for the first cold meals and then having to wait so long for the new hot meals. Very poor!!

Not bad nice view food was quick and nice

Went with colleagues for a nice pint of cold beer after a days work as the weather is nice. Brilliant view of the racecourse from the outside seating. Loads of parking spaces. Staff accommodating. Affordable price for drinks. Was a bit busy at some point that they stopped taking orders for food. Family friendly. Recommended. Will be back soon.

Good Saturday lunch and great service. Don't know who our waiters were but they deserve some recognition. Thank you for dealing so politely with my 90 year old Grandad, he never understands a word of what people are saying. Keep up the good work :)

A Lovely meal. We had the 12oz fillet steak & it was served piping hot & cooked to perfection. We also had the BBQ chicken & ribs upgrading to the full rack. We were offered skinny fries or chunky triple cookies chips and we both chose the latter. We added a side of chunky slaw & beer battered onion rings. All the food was very good. After this we were full so didn't order pudding so will have to return. Our server Emma was very helpful and is a real asset to this Beefeater. We'll done Emma & all the staff at the Tattenham corner Beefeater. We will definitely return.

I attended the Tattenham Corner Beefeater this afternoon with my mother.We had the sharer trash can pulled beef nachos,as well as chicken goujons which were both lush.I had the Mixed Grill and its a BEAST of a meal.I would deffo recommend having this.My mother had the Gammon which she said was Stunning.The Menu has a wide variation to cater for all,and the customer service was top draw.Very much looking forward to visiting again.
