Booked a table and came here today. This was mine and my family's first-ever time eating here. The customer service from start to finish was top standard, upon arrival they took our drink requests and delivered them too our table quickly. The starters were brought out promptly and were delicious, as was the mains. We all had beef roast dinner and it was all cooked and tasted perfect.I think the price was perfect for the food and amazing service they delivered. We all said we would come back without a doubt.

I was so disappointed with my experience on the 16/02/22 the gentleman that greeted us was excellent. I ordered beer battered fishThe picture of the fish looked so appetising. What I got was a pre packed soggy piece of fish I could have got better from a supermarket. The food was so disappointing awful. Service was ok up until paying the bill my card got declined due to expire date. The waitress attitude and look she gave me was terrible as she rolled her eyes at me. I did have another card. Sorry no service charged left due to awful food and service at the end. Food has really gone down hill. I will not be returning.

Their slogan.. steak cooked just how YOU like it. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Two meals ordered, fillet steak, very well done and well done, we even said to the waitress we don't mind if it has to be cut or how long it takes, just don't bring it out pink!!both came out pink!! How difficult is it to cook a steak all the way through!? Disappointed 😞

Fantastic Christmas day lunch. Pre ordered was hot, plenty of and very tasty. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful attitude. Social distancing was adhered to and masks were worn and plenty of hand sanitiser stations.

I've been here a couple of times, and normally it's OK, but my last visit, I wasn't really happy with the food or service.I went here for my birthday meal with my wife and child. The food was OK this time normally it's great. We were told they didn't have strawberries for the dessert for my child, and the waiter just brought it out with bananas on without confirming if my child was OK to eat them, which she is not. I then saw 15 minutes later that a different waitor took out the same childrens dessert to two other children with strawberries. When we finished, I asked for the bill and waited over 45 minutes for someone to come back to take the payment. I explained about the strawberries to this waiter as she was different for the other one and she said he probably didn't check the fridge and I explained how long we had waited and was informed it's was because they had a 17th birthday party so everyone else was pushed to the back it felt like. I did like it here, and I hope if we decide to go again in the future, we have a much better experience and don't get forgotten about.

Our families go to for family outings. Nice food, good portion sizes. Prices not too bad either and friendly staff throughout

Begun having our family Christmas Dinner here, 2nd year now and the it is always a lovely experience. Food is good, waiting staff always friendly and helpful, plenty to pick from menu wise and always accommodating for a larger party of people. Really do enjoy having our family dinner here and will use more often throughout the year. Thanks once again for always being great.

Booked a table for christmas day and paid in advance. On arrival we had to wait and was shown to our table 30 mins after our booking time. Table was facing the door which meant we sat in a draft after an hour and a half our main course had still not arrived, when it did food was bland and cold. Totally ruined christmas day, at a cost of nearly £180 ..it was a lesson never to be repeated.

Lovely clean restaurant.The staff were extremely polite & helpful, they were also very accommodating when helping my sister to choose a vegetarian option. The restaurant presently have some supply issues so the chef adapted the surf & turf to exclude steak.All in all they're doing a great job in hard times. We will definitely be returning there.

Nice atmosphere but was a little disappointed with the portion sizes. Never had an issue on previous visits but both my partners and mine were very small for the price .
