This is a very nice place to dine out. The view is great when the water has risen, the building looks fancy and they have lovely outdoor seating. The food was great with an expansive menu. I found the menu to be overcomplicated it sounded like they making a chicken burger sound too fancy to the point we had to work out what it was. But the atmosphere was good made up for it.

Popped in on the off chance for a drink and a bit of lunch. I must say it didn't disappoint. Quite a small menu but enough choice still. Food quality was excellent. Middle range prices.i tried chefs special starter black pudding scotch egg and just a burger and chips I must say Absolutely delicious. Friendly staff is always nice. I would definitely recommend 👌

Shocking roast dinner.. Very minimal, very pricey.. It was not freshly cooked at all. The beef was cremated very thin and curled up. One half of a whole carrot , spoonful of cabbage and one floret of cauliflower for two people!! 3 small roast potatoes that were also not fresh just warmed up. The dinner itself was just like warm. On a positive the Yorkshire pudding was good albeit cold .The ladies toilets stank of urine, there was leaked water /urine across the three cubicles. The hand sanitizer at the restaurant entrance door was empty!!The whole place I thought was also grubby... Would never go here again!!

We went to Cams Mill for late lunch on Saturday. We didn't book but it wasn't a problem and they found us a table. Gorgeous meal, the beef just melted in your mouth. Fabulous service. Thank you. We will be back! .

I've been here twice now and had a lovely experience, both times I've sat outside to just have a drink after a long walk. Firstly I didn't have to wait long to be served and the selection of beer is good, secondly I've always found a seat and thirdly the staff have always been welcoming and polite. They also let dogs inside

Excellent service and food. Staff so helpful and friendly. Can pre book a roast so they don’t run out of what you would like! Really lovely place, will most definitely visit again.

A great breakfast on a recent Saturday morning.Good quality food and a lovely atmosphere.Open fires in both the bar area and the restaurant. Throughout the barn were Christmas decorations and there is a good view out over the waterfront.Plenty of outdoor seating too and ample parking.Breakfast isn’t that well advertised so worth seeking out.Pleasant staff and tasty food in a lovely location, you can’t ask for much more.

Excellent food, attentive service and a beautiful location - what more can you ask? As it was a Sunday, the menu offered a choice of Sunday Roasts. Now I have an intolerance to potato (a real nuisance) so I asked if there were any alternatives to the roasties? No problem, a plate of sweet potato fries appeared with this delicious meal. And the beer? HSB - heaven. I forgot to take a picture of the enormous bowl of fries that came with the meal, but here is the meal and view from our table. Can't wait to go back.

Came for early dinner. I enjoyed our meal nice sitting outside in the sunshine however frustrating no table service outside. My technology does not allow me to use an app so had to rely on my friend or walk to the bar to order. Food came out within 15-20 mins so not bad. But had issues trying to use app to order. Drinks were pleasant and well made. Enjoyed our spritz. My friend thoroughly enjoyed his chicken dinner, as good as a xmas roast so praise indeed. I had steak and chips. The meat was good, well cooked and no gristle. I ordered without the sauce mushroom and tomato as I do not like them but even if I did I still feel the price was too steep at ÂŁ24. Puddings were tasty, but the two things we wanted were not available lots of other good things to choose from however, unlike the main as I struggled to find someone I would enjoy hence why I went for the steak. Starters looked very dated so opted not to try. Building inside very nice to look at and toilets were clean albeit had to walk upstairs. I would visit again but not in a hurry as not enough menu items to tempt me.
