Okay food. Nice atmosphere. Waitress didn't understand us and pasta was cold but easily changed. Nice cocktails. Very family friendly.

F&B's used to be a solid choice for a lunch when out shopping but how things have changed since our last visit.Pizza was poorly constructed and joyless and the vege burger was dry and a mission to eat.Sometimes you choose to accept a lower quality meal because it's reasonable value but even that isn't the case any more, expensive AND poor quality isn't good enough.Feedback was left on the app thing they give you at the end of the meal, I'm not saying anything in this review that wasn't given then.

It was quite busy when we went there for lunch Satutday. I suffer from a very mild reactions to certain foods. Staff didnt know what ingredients were in the food. Not good if you're very allergic to something. The service was good and staff were friendly.

The food was really nice. Excellent for the kids would have been 5 star if the service had been better

Spaghetti bolognaise was very disappointing- no tomato sauce and very little meat. Sent it back saying why and got a new one made, with a little more meat but still no tomato sauce. Not the bolognaise expected, one meal not eaten. Cheese was very sparing on the garlic bread. Spicy sausage pasta was better and desserts tasted ok. Usually get really nice meal here and great service but this time substandard meal and average service.

Ordered 'Vegan bbq wings' from this restaurant but received real meat wings and as the box stated 'Vegan' i started to eat them, immediately realising they were meat. Manager didn't seem to care and blamed it on new staff. Will be taking a lot further!

Slow and squeezed on the smallest table as we weren't aloud the empty one next to us they had to keep it spare incase a table of six came inthey didn't the whole time we were there but I had to practally sit on my mum's lap food frozen in the middle took back again still too cold to eat very overpriced they have on their speciality drink menu cherry Coke I though maybe it be like proper American hand mixed it was a tin £3 !!!!!! The staff are poorly trained on allergies advice they may have all the fancy equipment but they don't have a clue

Very disappointed. Potato skins had raw bits in them, husband returned his and got brought out some new ones that were actually hot. Main course ribs, chips and corn on the cob was lukewarm, not very impressive at all. Waitress seemed to disappear as we also wanted a second bottle of wine, only managed to get that when she cane with our meals. Have had far better meals here at other times this one was just nit up to standard.

The staff where nice and polite and that's all I can say was good. I had a meatball deli and it looked OK but that was not what my guts thought later. I was up all night with what I can only describe as food poisoning. I had only had toast for breakfast so it was definitely the meatballs. This was my first time at a Frankie and Bennys and it will be my last. I phoned them to let them know to check the dates on their food and speak to the kitchen staff who were on duty that day and they said they would get back to me...but obviously they couldn't be bothered.

Food was nice, price was very reasonable. Staff friendly only reason for 3 stars my steak was terribly tough when ordered medium. All in all would visit here again.
