McDonald's in Fareham

This is a review is for the west street Fareham one first of the 2 star is not a one star because going in store there fine food is good but on the other hand when ordering for delivery on something like just eat there not that good food is just warm when arriving and i only live 10 to 15 minuets by car down the road and the chips tasteless a lot of the time.And other half of the time there are missing items and when you phone they just make excuses quite rude to and tell you to phone the app you ordered from that is not there problem. Even when there the once who prepare it and cook it and then gave it in the bag they packed to the driver there responsible to give the rite items.Yes you can get credit back for the missing item but that is not replacing the missing food so other than going hungry you have to either find other food. Or pay delivery again for more food from somewhere els its pathetic and wrong and in that case bad service they need to take note of it and do something about other than being rude.

Disaster. I walked to the counter to order and was told I had to use self service screens. What ever happened to customer service I'll mercer call in here again

Easy to order from the app and have delivered to your table.Odd that you can't add your free hot drink to your order if you are using another offer like the 20% off or special deal of the day.Next time in I will order free drink and then do another order for the food.

Whenever ordering off just eat from this McDonald’s the order has been messed up both times. One time two portions of chips were missing. The next time a mayo chicken and chips was missing. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online however the place it self is really great with nice staff.

Ordered £45 worth of breakfast for a group and received someone elses single order. They were unable to rectify this issue and instead directed us to Just Eat for the refund. terrible customer service, the women on the phone was rude and arrogant. we had an issue with KFC in which this sort of thing happend and KFC atleast rectified the issue and also included some extras.This is not the first issue we have had with this McDonald's, things always missing from the order, turning up cold or the drink contents in the bottom of the bag. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I recently visited this McDonalds and decided to order at the till since I only had cash. This young gentleman has very polite to me throughout this whole till experience. The food was very good but the mcflurry was not to my greatest standard.

Staff are fantastic but they simply cant cope with all the delivery orders and restaurant orders at the same time " Fast Food" it was a 24 minute wait to get 2 burgers, fries, apple pie and a milkshake after using the ordering machine.. Like waiting for a bus

The place looks nice but lord the burger I ordered was very dry!!! I only ate the bread and milkshake very disappointed

I had problems with Just eat after ordering my meal, I was waiting more than a hour and could not find a number for Just eat, and the website was no help what so ever so I eventually called the actual Mc Donald's store in Fareham, where a very polite and helpful lad called Callum helped me. He didn't just re assure me of the food taking long because of the store waiting for a drivers, but he also called back when the driver arrived and re assured me that the food will be cooked then and will be hot upon arrival which was very much appreciated. I was not expecting a call back but it was nice for him to go out his way to help me.

Took way too long, some of the food was cold and some of the order was incorrect. Unfortunately food deliveries seem to take priority over dining in customers. Also the loitering and taking up tables doesnt create a good impression as well as effecting social distancing.
