Mcdonalds - Fareham in Fareham

Weekday visit around 10 in the evening I think is the best time to go. 🤣 after your grocery run hit up McDonalds and have a treat. You can do drive thru but theres not a lot of people inside so no queue😊 our burgers and nuggets arrived in about 5mins, not too bad. It was quiet so you could enjoy having your treats in peace. 😊 no photos. I was too excited and just started eating.

Just got off the ferry & thought a quick cheeseburger. 15 minutes plus in the queue around the building, then the bun tasted stale the most measly bit of gherkin with a tiny bit of sauce. Like eating rubber my wife said. Normally quite like these for a quick snack, but this place is dire. Would never go back there again.

I would WARN everyone to stay away, today I went to the drive through at Newgate lane Fareham, I placed my order then moved to the next kiosk to pay. I was asked to park elsewhere as the food wasn’t ready. 20 minutes later a young lad (Nathan)came to my vehicle and presented me with my food. I said to the lad I haven’t got my drinks yet so he said he would get them. I asked the lad if the manager was in and if so could you ask the manager to come to see me. The manager came out not asking if their was a problem so I had to explain I had waited 20 minutes and still no drinks she then said she would find out I said my foods going to be cold so she said I will get you a new food order. 30 seconds later the young lad Nathan appears with my drinks and the original bag of food which the manager had taken away to get me a complete new meal! So she lied by telling me she was getting me a new order. I then called the Newgate lane branch asking to speak to the manager, she was rude and not apologetic. I explained that I feel she lied to me about getting me a replacement hot meal instead of a Luke warm meal. When i questioned her about an apology she shouted down the the phone and said I did apologise clearly she didn’t. Then she hung up on me. I called back asking for a senior member of staff maybe an area manager could call me. Her words to me I’m not giving it to you you’ll never get it and was incredibly rude. Now if this is the type of managers you have running your business then I’m not surprised to read all your other reviews. Now if a senior member of staff would contact me I would be very grateful for a follow up conversation.

Every time we have a hot drink, it’s overfilled and spills, causing it to burn our hands. It’s very rare you get our order correct, always something missing or wrong with it. Only part of the drive through i can give credit to us Ian who served us at the window to give us our meal, Give him a pay rise

I’ve Ordered Mc Chicken Sandwich when I’ve got it it’s Double Cheese Burger

Disappointed.Wife feeling ill and I was still out on the road.( late at night ).I pulled into the drive though to grab some hot chocolate drinks. Drove on further 15mins or so...gave my wife hot chocolate to cheer her up and to our shock it's as good as hot water!!! What chocolate? Lift the lid you can almost see the bottom of the cup!!!Waste of money !!It's not much to loose its the lack of reliability in staff checking before putting the lid on to hand it over to customers.....AnnoyedI called them to let them know there machine must be wrong...just so it stops it for others...I will say the guy was very good.. but I'm not local. So I will not be relying on that McD again..

Absolute Chaos. I ordered a collect from the counter. Waited 20 minutes even though the board said “ready to collect”. As always I check the order before I left and items were missing. Staff then asked to check my electronic order, fair one but my food is going cold. The deliveroo drivers take priority over all other customers.

Would be a 0*Came for a drive through on Tuesday. No customers, one of the only people in the drive through, which is rare anyway.My Mc-Plant was missing from my order, My fries were stone cold as well as the cheeseburger. The only hot things were my Wrap of the Day and the cheese dippers.When I came back to get my Mc-Plant I hardly had a word said to me except a small sorry when I got handed the second bag. With warm fries and a new Mcplantsadly the new Mcplant was cold.Disappointing when I've had good experiences here before. Don't suggest coming in when it's empty and not-busy as they had rows of burgers and fries ready to go for orders despite not having customers.1/10 this time, Waste of money on a Tuesday

Fabulous holiday. Amazing staff. Beautiful rooms.

We go here a lot and we have never had a problem. But last night we went there and it was busy . More people going through the drive through then eating inside but I think it may had been because the car park was full , no spaces at all . We placed our order , went and parked like we were asked we had to wait at least 20 minutes and by the time he got to us it was stone cold . The young lad who was doing the running seemed to be getting confused and taking the food to the wrong cars . We took our food back in and complained to a young lady and she gave us a new meal which had only just been made , with apologies too .
