Osborne View in Fareham

Delicious food, great views, really good non-alcoholic drinks choices (anywhere that serves Big Drop is good with me). Table service was a little slow and twice I had to go and find someone to get us served, but a small price to pay for such a decent and varied menu.

Nice pub in a great location. Fantastic views over the Solent. Big car park, but make sure you get the code from the bar. Food pretty good, but my wife's duck salad dish very thin on duck and was bulked out with cauliflower?? Not impressed for £14:00. However the small plates were good and very tasty. If visiting at the weekend recommend booking. Also doggy friendly.

Great views and great food. Free car parking but the service wasn't good at all. We were rushed to order and then a long waiting for a couple of drinks. Then we ordered some food and some more drinks, we had to remind them a few times about the drinks and the sauces never arrived.

Usually a nice pub at a great location but when we visited Sunday 20/3/22 we weren't told about all the dishes which had already sold out. Even the specials blackboard still advertised meals which were not available!It's a little disappointing when you spend 15 mins choosing something on the menu and then told it's not available.Even the fries we ordered were replaced with chunky chips.We did complain and got a decent refund but I'm not inclined to go back.The picture below shows the fish & chips. It's £14.45.....

Great pub, right on the seafront at Hill Head. Free parking opposite. Good menu with excellent quality, friendly staff and also dog friendly. Magnificent views across the Solent to the Isle of White. Two large decks outside with loads of tables.

Nice pub, split over 3 floors. Amazing views. Only went for a drink but a kit of people eating. Garden is awesome and would love to go here when it's a bit warmer. We sat outside, shame the area was used more. Nice to have a carpark as the parking is restrictive otherwise. Only complaint is the card only payment. I like the fact my bank doesn't know where I am when I spend cash........

This was a lovely place to get a meal. The staff were friendly, and the service on my meal was extremely quick. The food quality was amazing and the portion sizes was adequate. The food is a bit more on the pricy side so be prepared to spend a bit more than normal, however in my opinion the food was worth it. Overall a nice place to eat with great views.

Brilliant service, great views, and very good food. We booked with a disabled guest and 2 dogs with 20 minutes notice and turned up to find everything had been thoroughly prepared for us. We could not fault the service or the food, apart from my "medium rare" steak frites being well done (but the meat had such a nice taste, I decided not to bother changing it). We also ordered the Tanglefoot pie, hake, and fish and chips, all of which were excellent.

Lovely setting and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate my request for a Seaview as it was my girlfriends birthday. Food was really good too.

Great views, on the beach! Recommended for a sunny day visit. Food is good quality but slightly expensive. Staff friendly but the location is outstanding with views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Perfect for a nice day. We took kids and they went off playing on the beach!
