Pausa Cafe Dunelm Mill in Fareham

Great store. Come here whenever I need to get bedding, curtains, clocks, rugs, cushions... will recommend and will go back again

The store and staff were good, unfortunately, we ordered a sheet and matching pillow cases. After several emails and texts confirming the order they later said that they didn't have the pillow cases but the sheet was ready to pick up. We are still waiting for our refund as we don't want one without the other. I am not sure why the system said they were in stock.

Shame I couldn’t use my gift card online but today was my first visit to the Fareham branch and I was pleasantly surprised, great looking store with a good selection. My reason to visit was for a rug and they had a good choice. They are all hung which makes looking easier but you do require help. The member of staff who help me was Tina, she was very patient and really pleasant nothing was too much trouble.Thank you Tina.

Friendly helpful staff and good service. Shelves were quite depleted in some areas but understandable given environment. Visited Southampton and Fareham stores on same day (looking for something) and the experience at Fareham was so much better in all ways. Well managed store with helpful staff.

Dreadful! Saw what I wanted but couldn't find the size. Eventually found an assistant who pointed vaguely in the direction where she said I would find what I wanted but I couldn't. Left deciding I would order online but could not get the system to recognise my gift card number. Contacted customer service who told me you can pay with a gift card when ordering on line! Will never use this company ever again.

Dunhelm well where to start. This shop just sells everything and at very reasonable prices. Bedding, curtain and rug sections second to non. Have always found curtains here when all else have failed. Long may they continue.

This place is in need of a good management system. Staff are never very friendly or knowledgeable and the mess behind the tills is something the new queuing system isn't great either. I try to do click and collect here if I need anything don't get me wrong the stuff they sell is good!

Ice always found Dunelm to have a good variety of products and a feel and style you associate with them. Good quality at good prices. Friendly staff and a good layout. Always plenty of options and with decorations a nice selection.

The assorted Christmas decorations were a magnet to my daughter, and the curtains and accessories were well laid out. The check out was quick and the staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was plentiful.

Controlled entry at wide main door by staff. Hand wash available. One way walk round system in place.Large lift to disabled toilet and cafe'.Some walkways not acceptable for wheel chairs. Staff available to help you.Disabled parking outside shop. 3.11.20.Update Review 20.04.21.The store still maintains its high covid controls where other retail stores could learn from here at Dunelm, who have set the bar.
