I like to shop in Sainsbury’s as always good selections of foods, fruits, fresh breads and clothes. In addition, the Argos inside the store is very handy. Also, it has an Asian products section as well. There’s enough parking spaces for customers. Moreover, there is a hand car wash services available just outside.

Would have been fantastic with a manual meat counter. Also, they didnt have Whitney Niell Pink Grapefruit Gin (they had some others though)

We had to shop in Sainsbury's today with our 12 day old baby and were disappointed to find that the ladies toilets were closed due to a cysteine issue. I approached customer service's to ask where I could change our baby as the only changing table is located in the ladies toilets. One of the customer service staff suggested I change him on the floor of the disabled toilets as he couldn't think of anywhere else. I asked to speak to the manager at that point who apologised and went to check with the workmen if the changing table could be used. Fortunately they were really accommodating, but due to the waiting, our son had soiled his clothes and was sick all over me.We've shopped in this store for over 10 years, but our first experience with a small child was pretty appalling.

This is the fourth time we’ve had an online delivery that’s either had a 2 day shelf life, or as in todays delivery, fish that was out of date yesterday !! Absolutely disgraceful from a ‘premium’ supermarket. When I called the number on the order, all you get is a script reader that does not care one bit . No more !’

The Waterlooville store is well stocked, helpful staff and have plenty of checkouts open. AS For Broadcut I've never seen so many staff standing around the self.swrvice. you struggle to tell the big hueeib

Decent choice of everything. Staff are always quite friendly and helpful. Prices are fairly competitive and it's great watching all the idiots still walking around with their useless and pointless face masks on 🚶🤣

Well stocked and the staff are friendly and always willing to help and go the extra mile. The store is clean and well ventilated and easy to find everything you are looking for and if you can't find anything, there is always a friendly staff member to help you

Finally succumbed to the click and collect system out of necessity, rather than choice, but Sainsburys have made me a convert, initially the ordering system was a bit frustrating, but I put that down to my inexperience and presume it will improve, on the plus side, if I left the system and returned my basket was still there intact, thatcwaszz pleasant surprise. Collecting my shop couldn't have been easier, I had a couple of perfectly acceptable substitutions, and was served by a pleasant young lady who really made the whole experience perfect.

Open throughout the past 2 years with both shortages of goods and staff the store has done what it can to provide a reasonable service within the constraints of Covid. Some staff have gone above and beyond to keep customers supplied but some of the comments ignore this.
