Love this pub!Food service can be very slow and laborious. But food is always very nice.Love the beer selection. ‘Ice a taker’ is a personal favourite of mine.Staff and other customers are very friendly.Had a fantastic bottomless brunch there in Good Friday for £25. Although food choice was limited to Breakfast items. Which seemed a bit bizarre as I for there at 13:30.

Great place for a lovely pint of ice breaker and a bite to eat! Had a amazing steak and ale pie. Lynn and her time was so friendly and lovely and attentive!

Lovely Sunday roast and served extra beef... Mmmmm delicious flavours, service was amazing overall five stars. Desert was a treat yummy, thank you!! Great place to socialize and enjoy a meal. Staff friendly and a beautiful energy with beautiful views all round.

Booked for Sunday dinner. Excellent food and helpful staff, nice atmosphere but tables were a bit packed together. Dog friendly which was a big advantage to us as we could bring our epileptic dog with us (he can't be left alone at home).

Food was great. We had a lovely meal. It did take a while to come to the table, but was worth it in the end.

Nice ambiance, good beer and a Sunday dinner that could have only been improved by cheese on the cauli-cheese and more gravy (I'm not prepared to pay!?!). Staff were top notch as well. Thank you

Great pub, friendly staff, nice decor, great food. Some good offers on drinks and food.Tried the chicken tikka masala and the hunters chicken toastie on seperate occasions, both tasted great and were good size portions.

Great place, super prices (not high that is). Staff are very obliging and friendly. Menu fantastic. Like being in a real pub.

Food was lovely and the atmosphere was pleasant, however the service was quite literally forgetful as we had to ask for both our main and our dessert to be brought out after suspecting an issue both times, they had just forgotten both times. Also, we bought into an offer that was not made clear having ordered through the app that it was necessary to order dessert that came free with a certain selected promotional. Due to the fact it was handled digitally, the barstaff told us they could not allow us to have the desserts as part of the promotional, much to our dismay as this wasn't very clear.A quaint pub in a lovely spot but questionable service begs the question of whether it's worth popping back round for food, as nice as that was.
