A special buffet choice is available at set prices. Only stopping for a drink? Then stop by our Lounge Bar or the Public Bar or even the large, well protected Garden with its attractive flower borders and seating area provide a comfortable setting for drier and warmer days. Pets are welcome in the Public Bar only. With fewer Free Houses available, The Elm Tree still retains those welcome words. As such, a variety of superb beers, both Cask and Keg are available."

Friday night is 'steak night' Excellent steaks + a bottle of wine for a set price. Pay for the extras you choose. Book a table before you go.

Nice 'proper pub' Good non fussy meals. Dark coloured panelling together with 3 fire places. Separate bar area made with relaxing in mind. Wish it was my local not a 'Work' located pub!

Lovely, old style pub/restaurant offering a good selection of beers, lagers and ciders. Seems to be very popular with both locals and visitors. Friendly and welcoming staff who seem to know all the locals by name. Varied menu, and apparently a very popular Sunday roast... available from 12:00 to 18:00.Quite amazingly they have dedicated 4 or more parking spaces for the disabled. They also have a 25+ age limit, so worth checking out if you are booking a family meal.My only slight gripe is that there seems to be too many tables in the restaurant area, not sure if it is problematic in these uncertain times, when social distancing is still around.That said I would definitely go back.Recommended.

The lady that owns this lovely pub couldn't do enough to help us. We had been on a long bike ride and finished off here and looking forward to some chunky cheesy chips, unfortunately the Kitchen had closed, she was lovely and went and made us some specially, she went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place specially for the cheesy chips, nice garden and plenty of outside seating, all staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Lovely, welcoming pub with incredible food. We were impressed with the quality, quantity and service we received. It is an absolute gem. We will definitely go back!
